Great stay at a beautiful beach home. Views were amazing!! Hot tub and pool well heated. We had a great week with our grandchildren we enjoyed all aspects of this beautiful home!!!

Our family had a lovely stay. The home is very inviting and spacious. We enjoyed the fabulous views, the heated pool and hot tub. The walk to town was fun too. Lots to explore in the area.

The Best Stay on Folly Island

We had an incredible time at Follypalooza! The property is fantastic, the property management was so responsive and helpful, and the checkout process is the best. Great location and amenities. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Great location, great property

The location was awesome. It was a short walk to the beach access and to the shops and restaurants. The house was done beautifully. Our family enjoyed our week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Follypalooza. The house is well stocked inside with pretty much anything you might need. The pool was a great place to hang out and the walk to the beach is about as short as you can get without being oceanfront....and you even get some ocean views from the house. The host/management company was very helpful and responsive. We rented our golf carts from the management company and that worked out great....I highly recommend a golf cart for enjoying the Folly Beach area. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, the only downside is that the elevator is inoperable and there are lots of stairs. My last piece of guidance would be to avoid Pinky's restaurant if you're looking for a decent dinner....our experience with the food and the service was pretty terrible. We enjoyed some other places nearby, like Rita's. We would rent here again!

Exceptional outdoor space

The homeowners designed this home for the beach. Small touches made this property a perfect beach getaway. The pool area sets this home apart from many other options.

Follypalooza is a wonderful house. It is an easy walk to the beach and activities and restaurants are a short walk away. The house is beautiful! It has a very well equipped kitchen, the rooms are decorated nicely, the pool and hot tub are a wonderful addition. The only problem is that it is not available next year when we want to return

The home was spotless. Very homey and welcoming. Great location. Pool was my fav part of the trip. Only complaint was the entire island elec went out n then when it came on the elevator back up would not stop buzzing it was horrible loud. We couldn’t use first floor bedrooms kids couldn’t sleep. We had to sleep on couches etc not quite what we had hoped for. The maintenance people couldn’t fix it in 4 days. It was so loud in garage we couldn’t use any of the games in there. Also no elevator use at all hard to carry things up all those stairs. We will def book again. Loved the house. Owners take great care in it. We stay at folly rentals 5 times a yr. One of my fav houses. Love love love the house.

Absolutely perfect!

This property couldn’t have been more perfect! The house has everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was beyond equipped for cooking and entertaining. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. The beach entrance is right across the street. Pier and restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. We did bring extra beach towels and I would recommend bringing or renting beach chairs. Super clean and exactly as described.

The house was entirely as described and everything worked. A very nice PoolGuy came on Fridays and communication with LuxurySimplified was prompt and professional.
