This spacious 3 bedroom home is perfect for hosting family events or just visiting family while here in Sioux center! It offers some beautiful amenities: a large living room on the main floor and a 50” tv. A new 8 person hot tub is located right out the back door and features built in Bluetooth sound system! A screened in porch with furniture will allow you enjoy the weather without any unwanted pests. A spacious basement with a large living area and 50” tv also come with ping pong table and foosball table as well as a basement mini fridge! The newly updated kitchen offers all of the cooking utensils you will need along with all new stainless steel appliances!

This property is very well kept and pleasant. Our guests had a significant issue with scents in the home, which included diffusers and air fresheners in every room as well as bedding that was quite scented. If you have sensitivities to these things you may wish to know this and maybe communicate that to the property owner to see what your options are. Otherwise, it was excellently kept.

we enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Home was clean. Towels and wash cloths were a little worn but worked. Our grandchildren came by and enjoyed the back yard and the games in the basement, and we had a nice family birthday dinner. Would stay again.

This place was perfect! We were only here for a very short time, but we felt quite comfortable here. The neighborhood is super quiet and it was close to everything we needed while we were in the area. Bedding is nice, basements has entertainment for our children, and the shower was relaxing. :) Thanks for a great place!

Excellent place and location!!

We had an awesome time at your home. It was very nice place to stay. We will definitely come back again when we are in the area. Only a couple of things that needs improvement. The backyard gate on the east side needs to latch. I had to use a bungee cord to keep the gate from opening. The other is the southwest bedroom and the smaller bedroom. Both needs a regular mattress. They only had a small cushion that my family said it was uncomfortable. Other then that, it was an amazing place to stay.

Nice house

The house was very clean and nicely updated. We had a small set back with our check in but the manager was quick to respond and fix the situation! We did find that there were not 2 pull out couches so we were short one bed which was disappointing. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Clean and wonderful quiet neighborhood

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a clean place but underneath the couch there was trash my infant almost ate before I caught it... also the couch is very old and sunken in. We would have really enjoyed to sit out in the covered porch but there were SO many spiders I couldn't. That was a shame. The cooking pans were also pretty dirty where I had to clean them before using. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable and a great place. We would stay there again. There are just a few things I hope the owners improve on for the future.
