This property is on the first line of the sea and is just a 1-minute walk from La Nea Beach. The apartment is in a small town in Tenerife called Radazul, which is a paradise for all divers. The German-language diving center "Scubanana", which was awarded the number 1 by Tripadvisor, can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Radazul is only 10 km from the capital Santa Cruz.
The apartment is very quiet and is very bright. A large terrace and the cozy living room with a fantastic sea view invite you to relax. In the living room you will find a pull-out couch and a large flat screen TV with multilingual channels. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Towels and bed linen are provided at this property. We will be happy to provide you with a cot, high chair and baby bath on request. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric grill and coffee machine. Additional amenities include the very fast free WiFi, washing machine and hairdryer. Supermarket, hairdresser, children's playground, pharmacy and several restaurants are in the village. Free parking for a small car is available in the underground garage. There are other free parking spaces on the street.

Perfekter Urlaub

Frau Wander ist eine äußerst freundliche Frau, die sich als echte Gastgeberin versteht. Sie war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Besonders die große Terrasse ist ein Highlight! Als Beach Location ist die Unterkunft genial! Man hat die Wahl zwischen dem sehr schönen La Nea Strand und der großzügig ausgebauten Mole im Hafen mit mehreren bequemen Treppen ins Meer und großen Liegeflächen. Der Ort ist nicht touristisch, es gibt keine Hotels. Alles in allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung von einer Inselkennerin.

Nette Wohnung mit einer schönen Aussicht vom Balkon

Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, grosse Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht und sehr nette Besitzer, die auf jede Bitte sofort reagieren. Etwas hellhörig, aber im Süden sind so alle Wohnungen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Radazul

Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt an einer kleinen Sackgasse oberhalb eines kleinen netten Parks mit Spiel- und Sportgeräten für Kinder und Erwachsene. Zur Playa La Nea muss man nur eine Treppe hinuntergehen, zur Playa Radazul sind es etwa 10 Min zu Fuß, zum Bäcker, zu den Restaurants und zum Tauchcenter am Hafen sind es 5 Fußminuten. Neben unseren Tauchgängen haben wir von Radazul aus die Insel mit dem Mietwagen erkundet, der auf dem zur Wohnung gehörendem Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Appartementgebäude geparkt werden kann. Von der Tiefgarage kommt man über die Treppe oder einen Aufzug zur Wohnung. Das Appartementgebäude selbst macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Über die Autobahn TF-1 kommt man schnell über die ganze Insel. Santa Cruz und La Laguna sind ca. 15 Min entfernt, Puerto de la Cruz etwa 1/2 Stunde. Zum Wandern ins Anaga Gebirge fährt man ca. 1 Stunde. Für uns war die Lage ideal. Zur Einrichtung und Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Wohn- Essbereich ist sehr groß. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen, es könnten aber auch 8 Leute bequem daran sitzen. Das Sofa ist gemütlich, bietet 4 Personen bequem Platz und kann ausgezogen als Schlafsofa genutzt werden. Ein großer Flachbildschirm bietet die Möglichkeit deutsches Fernsehen zu schauen. Da es ein Smart TV ist kann man aber auch auf Streamingdienste zugreifen. Entweder direkt oder über Screen mirroring. Die WLAN und Internet Anbindung der Wohnung hat damit keine Probleme. Auch paralleles Streamen auf zwei Geräte war möglich. Es gibt ein großes und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist in den Schränken genug Stauraum für die ganze Familie, im kleineren gibt es nur ein wenig Stauraum in den Nachtischen. Auf der Terrasse steht eine große Sitzgarnitur von der aus man gemütlich aufs Meer schauen kann. Die Ausstattung lässt aus unserer Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche hat eine große Kühl- und Gefrierkombi in der die Einkäufe einer 4-köpfige Familie problemlos Platz finden. Es gibt einen Herd mit Ceran-Feld und einen Backofen, eine 45er Spülmaschine, einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Im Kämmerchen neben der Küche steht die Waschmaschine. Alle Geräte sind modern und im Top Zustand. Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck ist reichlich vorhanden. Fazit: Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir noch den netten Kontakt zu sehr engagierten Vermieterin. Wir werden wiederkommen.
