Home away from home! This is a spacious, but cozy lakefront property great for fishing or just getting away from it all!

Welcome to our lake lbj vacation cottage, our little slice of paradise, right in the heart of the Hill Country. We have sought to equip the home to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. The cottage features a spacious backyard with nice grass to run around in, 180° open water, kayaks, wineries, boat dock, ping-pong table, and so much more! Bring your swimsuit and water toys and come start enjoying what lake lbj has to offer. We offer free early check in and late out-call for availability.

🏝️Things to note: There is an additional boat lift for guests use for a fee and added security deposit. With this, you will have access to the motorized boat lift and additional tie ups. Please inquiry if you would like to rent. If you do not want to rent the boat lift, you can still tie-up your boat and/or jet ski's.

Also we are dog friendly!🐾 We will accept 1-2 dogs only upon approval. There is a pet fee per day along with a refundable security deposit after departure.

Perfect Get Away

We’ve stayed at many places on Lake LBJ and this was one of our favorites. Great location on the lake, not too busy, and the house fit my group perfectly. We enjoyed the large yard and very nice dock. We will book again.

Thankful Thanksgiving

Place was awesome. The kids got to kayak, catch their first fish, and play ping pong. Had an awesome low-key thanksgiving.

Perfect Stay

Property is exactly as described. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed for cooking. We were able to use the grill on the patio Saturday night. Our boys enjoyed using the kayaks and were very comfortable in the upstairs bedroom. The golf course was just short drive and they were able to play a round there on Saturday. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the covered pier. We were able to catch a few dozen fish over the weekend at all times of day. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to stay again soon.
