Amazing home on the open water of the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths there is plenty of room for everyone! Enjoy incredible 180-degree views from the home and covered patio. Bring your own watercraft or rent some and make use of the one of the boat lifts (up to 2800lbs) or the dual jet ski ramp provided. Lots of room to swim or fish from the dock or enjoy the huge shaded backyard! Complimentary Kayak and Lily Pad also available.

We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be. This property is on excellent open water of the Colorado River, easy to boat right off the lifts.

Great place to stay…

The girls had a blast fishing and playing on the Lilly Pad. The house was in great shape… the listing mentions construction so there have been some updates. There is a dishwasher, and the screened in porch is now an enclosed dining room, which was great with views of the lake. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would recommend.

Awesome Views

Gorgeous location with perfect access to the water. We brought the boat and the lift worked perfect with access straight to the lake. Next time we will also bring the skis for the lift next to it.

Get getaway!

We loved this property. Plenty of bedrooms and great location on the River. Quiet community and easy access to groceries, boat launch, restaurants. Everything you need is here!! The only complaint we had really has nothing to do with this property itself. So mainly just an FYI for other renters. The neighbors many cats roam the yard and irritated our dogs, that we did bring with us. Couldn’t leave the dog food outside for them during the day as the cats would eat it all. Other than that this is a fantastic property and we will be visiting again. Highly recommend
