We are a retired couple from Los Angeles, CA. Loving it in Puerto Escondido most of the year. We've had two other VRBO listings for 12 years. AS of yet, we have no reviews on this property because it is a new listing. You can check our reviews at listing #983780 and 979886. We are 5 star all the way!
Why they chose this property
This house is in the perfect location. It's in a quiet, secure neighborhood, just 2 miles from the busy, noisy, bustle of Zicatela. The house is immaculate. Our housekeeper comes M, W, & F. and the pool/yard man comes to check the pool on Tuesday and Friday late afternoons. Saturday he spends 4 hours in the afternoon maintaining the beautiful tropical gardens. Housekeeping and pool maintenance is included.

What makes this property unique
Hundreds of plants inside and out. Large, clean, well maintained pool. Tactfully decorated. 3 different locations for dining with additional at the kitchen island. Very spacious and comfortable!
We do have an outdoor cat that we ask you to feed daily. He is a sweetheart and enjoys some loving. His name is Leo Di CATprio
