Beautiful pool home in Bacocho. 3Bdr (A/C in 2), 3 1/2 baths, plenty of outdoor living spaces, New modern kitchen with island, peek of the ocean, corner lot, quiet neighborhood, secure, beautiful garden, washing machine, Wi-fi, Netflix, housekeeping, pool, and yard maintenance included. Electric not included (generally $30-40 USD a month with A/C and very low without A/C. No pets. Prefer to rent to a mature couple. A half mile to the Rinconada and 2 blocks to Bacocho beach and Bacocho beach club. Message me for a better long-term rate. Why they chose this property

This house is in the perfect location. It's in a quiet, secure neighborhood, just 2 miles from the busy, noisy bustle of Zicatela. The house is immaculate. Our housekeeper comes M, W, & F., and the pool/yard man comes to check the pool on Tuesday morning. Saturday, he spends 4 hours in the morning maintaining the beautiful tropical gardens. Housekeeping and pool maintenance is included.

Hundreds of plants inside and out. Large, clean, well maintained pool. Tactfully decorated. 3 different locations for dining with additional on the kitchen island. Very spacious and comfortable!
