You will soon forget you are in the city! This 30ft Glamper Suite is approx. 250 ft.² 1 bed/1 bath, Living area with pullout full size sleeper sofa, stocked kitchen & dining area. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! There is WIFI at the property and we do have a booster so WIFI signal should be strong.

Well stocked kitchen featuring counter space for preparing simple meals and a refrigerator, toaster, crockpot, microwave, & coffee maker. **NOTE: There is a propane stove and oven. We prefer that guests utilize the BBQ grill for cooking when possible and we provide cast iron pans and a Grill with a burner. There are VERY thorough directions on how to use the stove. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with additional seating for up to (4) that can also double as a work space.

There is a private bedroom with a "camper" FULL/QUEEN bed, drawers and a closet for your personal items. Perfect for up to 2 people with additional sleeping area for 2 in living area **Comfortable bed with clean & crisp linens , down pillows and extra blankets. This is not the original camper mattress - the owner has replaced it with a high quality mattress to ensure a great nights sleep .

Fully fenced and separate backyard with reserved parking and access from the alley. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the outdoor space. Start a fire in the wood-burning firepit (we don’t supply wood but it can be purchased in bundles at the local Albertsons) and roast smores around the fire. **NOTE: This is a camper and is comfortable for 1-2 guests and can be a tight fit for additional guests. It is definitely a tight space in general and recommended for those that are happy spending time in the yard and are out adventuring during the day! Hot water is VERY limited due to the sieze of the water heater. The backyard is completely separate and fenced off from the main house, however there will be other guests at the main residence during your stay.
This is a “glamping” experience and the camper does have modern amenities, however it is still a camper. There are some items that take extra attention including utilizing propane tanks, and use of plumbing. The heating/cooling can be hard to maintain a constant temperature when it is extremely HOT or extremely COLD. The plumbing is sensitive and there are additional pre-cautions and directions for using the camper. If you are expecting this camper to replicate a home, this may not be a good fit for you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the camper, the separate and private yard and (2) parking spaces in the alley. Entrance is from the alley behind the main house.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.

Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability, the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.

Some popular downtown events include Western Days, Twin Falls Old Town Criterium, Oktoberfest, Twin Falls Light Parade and more.
The Perrine Bridge (2.5 miles) is the most famous bridge in Idaho and the fourth largest arch bridge in the United States. It is 1,500 feet long and crosses 486 feet above the floor of the Snake River Canyon. The bridge has walkways for pedestrians to walk out on and enjoy the spectacular view.

Poor upkeep
One thing was very good. It was clean. From there on it was terrible. Here's my list. I could not talk to anyone on the phone. They would only respond by email. The outside of the property was not kept up at all. Large 5' weeds in the parking area and in front of the gate. The yard had weeds growing through the flagstone walkway. Inside. While it was clean, the camper was probably built in the 1970's. I know because I used to have one like it. The air conditioner worked but sounded like an airplane so it had to be turned off to sleep. The main mattress was old and you rolled to the middle of the bed. The cushions on the couch were lumpy and not that good to sleep on. The inner shower curtain was at least a foot too long and laid in the bottom of the shower. All in all, it was very disappointing for the price. The advertisement made it look a lot nicer that it was. Not a bad stay if I were out for a hunting trip and paid half or less than the current price. I will not use this service again nor recommend it to my friends. Also, I've started receiving quite a few unsolicited emails for all kinds of products. I hate it when my email address is sold without my permission. Good day.

Camping for two
Overall stay was good. Trailer was very well decorated and accurately described. I t was warm even though it was cold and rainy outside. It was quiet and secluded. Shower was moderately comfortable for a trailer. Only two negatives is the host originally did not send checkin information. Contacted vrbo. They got in touch with host and then the host emailed everything. It was smooth from that point on. The only other negative is that the bed was a little firm for my taste and small for two individuals. I believe it was a bit smaller than a queen but bigger than a full. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
