The space
Cozy, private home on the shores of Lake Winnebago. Large double lot for outdoor activities. Step inside and you will have access to both bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, full kitchen and porch with beautiful views all around.

A queen bed, a double bed and a twin to allow for 5 guests easily and comfortably.

**You are more than welcome to bring your boat, just please let us know prior to your arrival so we can give you further instruction on parking and launching.
Guest access

Entire house available for your use.

Kayaks and paddle boards available upon request.

Other things to note
Updates are continuing to happen at this home. Great internet connection, access to TV's with Netflix, YouTube TV and some local channels as well as a DVD player.

Asylum Bay landing is nice and close for you to launch your boat.

***You understand that swimming, boating, the use of kayaks and hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, boating, hot tub and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, boating and use of the kayaks and hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, boating and the use of kayaks and hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, boating or using the kayaks and hot tub if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, boats or uses the kayaks and hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, boating or using the kayaks and hot tub. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.***
