The 2018 extensively renovated 5 star semi-detached house is located directly on the coastal forest. The white sand beach is only 700 meters away. DHH offers a sauna, conservatory and fireplace. The property is completely fenced, a pet is allowed.

High quality, tastefully furnished semi-detached house with about 115 m² of living space, surrounded by approximately 260 m² and fully fenced plot. In the living room, children's room and bedroom is laid high-quality design floor, all other rooms are tiled. In the non-smoking object a well behaved dog is allowed. The dog beach is located about 10 minutes walk through the adjacent coastal forest. Free internet Wi-Fi is available.

  Ground floor:

On the ground floor is the light flooded approximately 26 m² large living room, it has a flat screen TV (60 inch), sound bar, Blu-ray / DVD player, Yamaha audio system, reading corner with books, games collection, leather sofa (3-seater , 2-seater & 1-seater) and a gas fireplace.
The adjoining the living room 15 m² large conservatory with sunscreen is designed maritime and houses a large dining table for 6 people.
The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen with kitchen counter for 4 people, has coffee maker, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and a fridge-freezer. Sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils are available for hobby chefs and self-catering.
On this floor is a small bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and washer dryer available.
In the storage room are cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and a tumble dryer ready. 

Upper floor:

1 bedroom with electric box spring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), flat screen TV, large wardrobe and chest of drawers

For the little ones are baby cot with mattress, high chair, seat cushions, children's toilet seat and a safety blind on the stairs available.
A lockable bicycle garage with free of charge wagon and play equipment is available.
