The bright and friendly EKATARINA Apartment Almaty Dostyk is located in the center of the city in a 12-storey residential building. You have from the 10. Floor a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. The house was built in 1970 after a special earthquake-proof technology. The beautiful apartment is like all EKATARINA apartments super located, spacious, furnished and equipped with everything, what it needs to live & relax. Just great.
The apartment is cozy and stylish. It has high ceilings, many windows. From the spacious kitchen with dining table you have direct access to the sunny balcony with mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker, oven, large fridge and freezer. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes with large mirrored doors. The guest room has a desk. The bathroom is totally renovated. The apartments are still separated on this floor with a lockable lattice door from the hallway.
