The space
Comfortable, clean, and quiet - Quartz Hill Manor is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom home nestled in a safe, easy-to-find Redding neighborhood. Unwind in the private gazebo hot tub, gather around the BBQ on the covered patio, and wake up to everything Northern California has to offer: Whiskeytown Lake, Mt. Shasta, Burney Falls, and Lassen Volcanic National Park are all within easy reach.

Inside, enjoy designer furnishings including a West Elm sectional, high-end appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen built for cooking real meals. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, garage, and outdoor spaces. The private gazebo hot tub and outdoor entertaining areas are fully available for your enjoyment throughout your stay. Amenities like the BBQ, high chair, and Pack 'n Play are also available.

The primary bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet - perfect for setting up a Pack 'n Play for little ones while keeping the main sleeping area quiet and dark for adults. One small supply closet is reserved for cleaning supplies and maintenance - everything else is yours to enjoy.

Excellent layout for a family stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house stands out for its family-friendliness: master bedroom on one side of the house, guest rooms on the other, with a nice flow of space from the large living room and kitchen out to the large patio & lawn area. The kiddos in our group loved the bed setup and all the toys!

Great New Home And Central Location

Beautiful new home that was centrally located to everywhere up north we wanted to adventure to…Shasta caverns, Burney Falls and more. Plenty of living space and fun things for little kids to do.

Cute house in a great neighborhood

We stayed in Redding for two nights as a week long road-trip of Northern California. This house is clean and well cared for. It’s about an hour away from lassen volcano national park. It was toasty when we were there so we didn’t get to explore much of the area but it definitely looks like a great place for a second visit.

Great reunion with great friends

We got this house so we could continue our pattern of getting together every year to make quilts or just catch up. This was the perfect place! The front room is open and beautifully lit for creating our "art". Our host was quick to respond. It was easy to get a hold of her. The neighborhood is lovely to walk through.

Clean, Spacious & Very Comfortable Home

We were attending a family birthday celebration in Redding. The house was less than 10 mins from family living in Redding so a very good location for us.. We needed a place to accommodate 3 families with dogs. The owner was gracious enough to allow us small dogs whose total weight was less than 30 lbs. The dogs went with us whenever we left the house. The house was more than enough for us to accommodate our group. We spent little time at house & mostly used the place for sleeping only. We unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of spending time out on the lovely patio in backyard or enjoying the very clean spa. The kitchen was more than adequately furnished with all needs & more. This was one of the first times we didn’t need to buy extra things for the house. Would recommend for adult groups & families with young children.

Beautiful and clean property! Very well maintained and perfect for a large family or large gathering! We used I the house while working on a PGE job in Redding ! 4 adult men and had plenty of private space and sleeping accommodations .
