Panoramic windows in the living room overlook the deck and gardens, offering strong natural light and pleasing park and ridge-line views. Lounge on the chaise, kick back in the easy chair, or grab a seat on the sofa while enjoying the cozy ambiance of the wood-burning fireplace or streaming shows and movies on the massive smart TV. A selection of classic board games provides family-style fun.

A separate den and dining area off the kitchen features a comfortable recliner and dedicated office desk, perfect for remote work. The full kitchen features stylish period fixtures and a complimentary design. You will also find all the major appliances needed for home-cooked meals.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There a 4 cameras on the property: 1 views the carport, 1 views the front enclosed yard, 1 views the deck and backyard off the 2nd bedroom, and one views the back deck in front of the garage area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
