Beautiful Location But Dirty

Great Location. Beautiful Home. Plenty of space. Very dirty. Very basic kitchen supplies. One kitchen towel. If you want to cook here you will need to supply everything other than the dirty pans and utensils offered. There’s plenty of glassware and dishes. Refrigerator is really bad, interior shelves and door shelving broken and missing. The microwave is duct taped. The home needs a lot of TLC and a deep clean. Floors are really dirty. But the location and size are great. Good views. Nice neighborhood. Excellent for getting to the beach.

We had a very relaxing time.

Overall our trip was very successful. The house was what we needed; a very relaxing place to take a load off and refresh. A couple of things I felt could be improved were mainly cosmetic. A fresh coat of paint on the wall and baseboard would do wonders. The stairs heading into the main part of the house had a bit of a smell and the carpet looked old and used. The room list is not correct. There is not one room with two queens and the trundle is not in the room with the twin bunk beds. Thankfully that didn’t affect our group too much but it might for a larger party. The pier boards could use some improving. Several got splinters while sitting on the pier. Overall I would recommend this house.

Comfortable and relaxed!

LUXURY is in the name, but "relaxed, comfortable, fun to live in" are better adjectives for this place. Wish it was on the beach, but THAT would make this a luxury.

College senior trip

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The house fit all 18 of us comfortably and the view of the bay was super pretty and you can fish out on the dock. They added chairs to the balcony so it was a perfect hang out spot. It’s really close to everything and in walking distance to the beach.

Needs updates

The home needed some updates and repairs. The master bedroom ceiling fan rocked back and forth so hard when turned on we thought it would fall down. The downstairs garage area was super dirty and in need of repairs. The garage door only opened partially and the door under the back deck leading into garage area had a broke doorknob/lock and couldn’t be secured. The decks were in rough shape and if you went outside without shoes you would get splinters in your foot. There were several loose boards as well. The refrigerator shelves were broken which limited the space you had inside of it. The ice maker made ice but didn’t dispense the ice. But over all it was a place to sleep our groups of 18 and we were able to enjoy the nearby beach.
