Welcome to Bonnie Dunes, a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom duplex that sleeps 18 and is perfect for your next family getaway or group retreat!  Whether you prefer lounging on the beach or hanging by the pool, Bonnie Dunes is the place for your next beach getaway!

About Bonnie Dunes 

Guests will have double the amenities in this duplex unit- double living areas, kitchens and utility rooms to accommodate your family or large group during your stay. With a private pool (shared by both sides of the duplex) and picnic area on each side of the front deck and lounge seating by the pool, guests will enjoy soaking up the sun all day! It’s also pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with associated pet fees so furry friends can join the fun.

Bonnie Dunes A (West)

On the west side, on the main level of the home, guests will find an open living area with access to the front deck to view the beach, TV with cable, and a comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep 2. There is a lovely dining area that features a beautiful, farm-style table that seats 8, perfect for enjoying a meal with the family prepared in the fully equipped kitchen! If additional seating is needed, there is bar seating for 2! Bedroom #1(A) is located on the main level and has a queen-size bed to sleep 2 and a TV with cable. There is also a full bathroom located on the main level, off of the kitchen and bedroom #1(A), that features a walk-in shower.

On the second level, guests will find master bedroom #3(A) and bedroom #2(A). The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed to sleep 2, TV with cable, access to the balcony with beach views, and an attached, private bathroom that features a large shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2(A) is equipped with a twin over queen bunk bed with a trundle to sleep 4 and TV with cable. On the second level, there is also a full bath with a shower/tub combo and a utility room with a washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. 

Bonnie Dunes B (East) 

On the east side, on the main level of the home, guests will find an open, spacious living area with access to the front deck to view the beach, TV with cable, and a comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep 2. There is a lovely dining area that features a table that seats 4 and additional bar seating for 2! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed during your stay. Bedroom #1(B) is located on the main level and has a queen-size bed to sleep 2 and a TV with cable. There is also a full bath located on the main level, off of the kitchen and bedroom #1(B), that features a walk-in shower.

On the second level, guests will find master bedroom #2(B) and bedroom #3(B). The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed and a bunk bed to sleep 4, TV with cable, day bed, access to the balcony with beach views and an attached, private bathroom that features a large shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2(B) is equipped with a queen bed to sleep 2, TV with cable and an attached, private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the second level, there is also a utility room with a washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay.

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
