The house is divided into two apartment houses, each with 10 apartments. The swimming pool and sauna are located in a low-rise building between the two houses.
The beach with the gently sloping Baltic Sea is only 800 m away. Parking spaces are available free of charge on the premises in front of the houses. The adjacent meadow invites you to linger, play, sunbathe and grill.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the apartment house. The focus is on a large living area (satellite TV, WiFi). From the living area you have direct access to the terrace with the adjacent green area / meadow and children's playground. The kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) is integrated in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the children's / guest room with two single beds. In the living room, a sofa bed offers another place to sleep.
