Ideal für kurzen Aufenthalt

Alles Super wie oben bewertet. Da wir auf "selber kochen" angewiesenn sind haben wir allerdings einige Küchenutensilien vermiss. Für 4 Nächte aber OK.

Wochendaufenthalt in Villingen

Für unseren Wochendaufenthalt mit 3 Personen in Villingen haben wir mit dem Loft von Familie Broghammer die optimale Wahl getroffen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allerlei Gastronomie gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr praktisch und optimal eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist auch zur Selbstverpflegung geeignet. Bei der Übergabe haben wir den Vermieter als sehr sympathisch und äußerst zuverlässig kennengelernt. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung absolut empfehlen!

Immaculate and perfectly located

We had a great time in Villingen and the property set the proper tone. It was well laid out perfectly clean and extremely functional. It was only a short walk to the main shopping area. We were fortunate to be there on market day and had a great time picking out our breakfast and lunch from among the produce stalls, cheese trucks and sausage trucks. European living up close and personal. We would recommend this property without hesitation and, should we be in the region again, would stay there again ourselves.

Das Studio war sehr sauber, modern,Stadtnah,ruhig,gut ausgestattet. Top. Weiter zu empfehlen.

Es war alles notwendig vorhanden was man benötigt. Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. In Stadtnaher Lage war es trotzdem im Studio angenehm ruhig. In direkter Nähe gibt es genug möglichkeiten zu essen.

Ruhige Lage

Da ich in Trossingen einen neuen Job angefangen habe, habe ich etwas gesucht, gut erreichbar,Positive Bewertungen. Bilder passen 100% Bad entspicht gutem Hotelstandart 4 Sterne bereich TV alle Sateliten Programme Wlan schnell und Funktioniert Problemlos Vermieter kümmert sich sofort Freundlich um alles TV sehen nur vom Bett aus, für alle anderen Positionen ist der Raum zu klein. Da es eine Extrem ruhige Innenstadt(Dorf) lage ist, habe ich nachts den Kühlschrank ausgestellt, das Eisfacht reicht aber für die Zeit der Kühlung. In Großstädten ist es Nachts lauter da würde man ihn nicht hören. Vom Bett aus kein Lichtschalter, da kann man aber den TV per Fernbedinung einschalten und als Licht benutzen. Bett, neue Medizinische Madratzen, für Menschen wie mich mit 120 kg einfach überlastet, ich selber muß aber Privat Latenrost und Madratze nehmen, die dafür ausgelegt sind. Für normalgewichtige sollte das kein Problem sein. Für Urlaub gut geeignet Für längerfristges wenn man ein Arbeit aufnimmt nur eine Unterkunft mit Waschmaschine auswählen. Wäscherei in der nachbarschaft hat nur zu den Zeiten offen an denen man Arbeitet und das nächste Waschcenter ist sehr versteckt in Bad Dürheim mit bescheidenen Öffnungszeiten am Sa. und uralt Maschinen. Es ist eine Autogegend, der Öffentliche Nahverkehr ist auf Stundentakt ausgelegt.

Perfekte Lage, sehr komfortabel, Top Ausstattung

Geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung in renoviertem Altbau. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick auf Stadtmauer, Spitalgarten und liebevoll restaurierte, mittelalterliche Wohnhäuser. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr schickes Badezimmer, bequeme Betten Es hat uns besonders gut gefallen, absolut empfehlenswert für einen sehr entspannten Besuch in Villingen.

Ruhig gelegenes Loft im Herzen von Villingen. Sauber und ordentlich; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Zu empfehlen ist das Gasthaus "Ott" ca. vier Minuten Gehzeit vom Loft entfernt! Sympathischer Vermieter!

Gemütliches Altbaustudio

Geräumiges Studio mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, Essplatz mit Blick auf Stadtmauer und Klostergarten, sehr bequemem Bett und schickem Bad. Die Whg liegt mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wie hatten das Studio für einen Verwandtenbesuch gemietet und es hat ihnen besonders gut dort gefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren zu zweit im Studio untergebracht und sehr zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Man hatte einen Blick direkt auf die Altstadt. Die Küche war für Selbstversorgung vollkommen ausreichend. Die Wohung ist insgesamt sehr zentral gelegen. In nährere Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, einen Supermarkt und die Einkaufstraße. Der Fußweg zum Bahnhof beträgt 10 min. Auch ohne Auto hatte man von Villingen aus eine gute Anbindung zu den Wandergebieten im Schwarzwald, wie die Wutach-Schlucht und den Feldberg. Also großes Lob! Super Urlauv

Auch wenn die Anreise etwas länger war, hat die Wohnung und Villingen alles wieder gut gemacht.Falls irgendetwas gefehlt hat wurde sich schnellstmöglich darum gekümmert damit der Urlaub weiter zufrieden verlaufen konnte. Die Innenstadt konnte man zu Fuß schnell erreichen. Wir haben alles gesehen und erlebt was auf unserer Liste stand. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und ein schönes und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Nächstes mal wird's dann aber mal der Winterurlaub sein. :) liebe Grüße aus Neuss

Why they chose this property

We moved after our academic studies and working abroad back to our hometown Villingen.
We know nearly all historic attractions in Villingen and in the area around. We are sure the location of the flat is the best for many activities during the day and many options in the evening and night time. You are in the city center and you can hear the bels of the cathedral.

You can do many trips with car and train, and in the morning you can by our fresh breakfast around the corner or have your breakfast in the next bakery or coffee bar 2 minutes by foot. At evening time you have in the center many options for a drink or a plenty meal.

If you like Wellness or Golf or first class food there are some Germanys top restaurants around. If you travel with Kids you should visit Europa-Park and probably think about to by a black forest card mit many attractions for a small price.

You are most welcome if you need some tips for trips in the region. We know nice places for nearly all predilections of our guests. Please ask us!

What makes this property unique

Apartments with best view in a calm but also very central area. Big Elevator, exclusive furniture and facility. The big apartment has a big terrace.
