The Rosmarin Apartments are located in an extremely attractive area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the picturesque old town. This newly built house offers two modern and comfortable apartments.
Apartment Rosmarin °1 is situated on the ground floor and features a private garden, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an exclusive private pool (3.20 m x 5.30 m x 1.50 m), which is reserved solely for the guests of the ground-floor apartment.

The apartment consists of one double bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (130 cm x 190 cm), suitable for one person. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment, on the terrace or balcony.

Schöne Unterkunft für 3 Personen (1 Erw. + 2 Kinder 11-13J)

Von der Ferienwohnung aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und der Stadt Krk. Das Haus hat drei Wohnungen, zwei davon wurden vermietet - eine im Erdgeschoß zu der der Pool gehört und eine Wohnung direkt darüber. Der Pool inkl. Aussenbereichdusche war für meine Kids Gold wert. Gerade nach einem Strandaufenthalt und am frühen Abend wurde dieser immer genutzt. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer Straße. Ich würde diese nicht als Hauptstaße bezeichnen, man nimmt den Straßenverkehr aber wahr, je nach Lautstärke der Fahrzeuge, die vorbeikommen. Die Anlage und die Wohnung machten einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Tourist agency SUZY TOURS Reisebüro ist super freundlich und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit - Top. Alles ist in der Nähe: Strandabschnitte, Innenstadt und Restaurants, ein Bäckerei (Pekarnia Sezam) - alles ab ca. 5min Gehminuten aufwärts erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe Ul. Stjepana Radića. Das sollte man noch wissen: Die Küche ist sehr klein, Geschirr kann knapp werden, es gibt zwei Kochplatten und keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Abwasch per Hand ist erforderlich. Über den Holzbalken der Terrasse ist eine Plane gespannt. Es kann passieren, dass sich dort Regenwasser sammelt und dann bei einem Windstoß gesammelt herunterkommt. Alles in allem - ein Top Urlaub.

Tolles Objekt, wie beschrieben 😀

Der Ablauf mit Suzana war ganz hervorragend und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen das Meer und die Altstadt. Diese waren auch schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Pool der zur Wohnung gehört war für eine schnelle Abkühlung top. Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr. Andrea und Olaf

Super Apartment, super Lage

Wir haben hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht, die Aussicht am Privatpool, den nur wir nutzen durften, auf die Innenstadt und das Meer ist einmalig. Die Argentur (Suzy) war super hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Sie hat auch auf WhatsApp kurzfristig geantwortet, als wir kurze Fragen hatten (bzgl Arzt etc). Einen einzigen Nachteil möchte ich anmerken - die Wände sind dünn. Das Apartment über uns wurde zwischenzeitlich von sehr lauten Gästen bewohnt, das kann dann schonmal Nerven. Ansonsten alles perfekt!!

Hervorragende Lage (Strand und Stadt sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar), sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt und wir werden wieder buchen.

Toller Urlaub und super Betreuung

Wir haben im Juni zwei schöne Wochen in Krk verbracht. Suzanna und ihre Kollegen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch Corona hatten wir Glück, denn es war nur noch eine weitere Fewo im Haus belegt. Leider ist das Haus etwas hellhörig (Stühlerücken auf dem Balkon über der Wohnung und Treppenaufgang neben dem Schlafzimmer). Alles in allem hat es uns trotzdem gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Beste Bedingungen für einen perfekten Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt sowohl stadt- als auch strandnah. Mit dem eigenen Pool, der Terrasse und dem tollen Ausblick haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr empfehlendswert

Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, hilfsbereit und gasfreundlich. Schönes Haus, sehr gute Lage. Einziger negativer Punkt: (aber nicht der Rede wert) Das Geschirr wurde vom Vormieter etwas schmutzig hinterlassen. Im grossen und ganzen ist das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlendswert!
