Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture, and lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming, no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartments are located from the 4th to the 9th floor Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. Each apartment has a parking space for 2 cars (no minibus)

Air conditioning, central heating. Guests have access to Wi-Fi. It is a light Wi-Fi, therefore neither streaming nor downloading is allowed. (PLEASE order when booking). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.
