This beautiful attic apartment is located in a completely newly built holiday home, which was completed in spring 2018.

It has space up to max. 6 persons:
- 3 bedrooms (1x parents & 2x children bedrooms)
- 1 living room
- 1 kitchen (with fridge & freezer, oven & dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms (1 shower & toilet, washing machine & 1 separate toilet)
- 1 roof terrace (approx. 90 sqm)

Description:
The large master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine and a TV, a large table with 6-8 chairs.
The second bedroom has a 160 cm bed with a separate toilet and a sink.
The third bedroom contains two beds that can be put together to make a width of 180 cm.

In addition to the fridge & freezer, oven and dishwasher, the spacious kitchen offers a basic set of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and various cooking utensils.

The spacious roof terrace is about 90 square meters and offers a wonderful view of the nearby sea and the surrounding nature.

The apartment on the top floor can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Große Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Terrassen, Klimaanlage, 2 Bäder + extra WC machen den Urlaub angenehm. Schöner Strand in der Nähe, noch schönere Strände gibt es im Norden der Insel, nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Das sehenswerte Zadar ist nur 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Toller Urlaub mit super Erholungsfaktor!!!

Wir waren vom 19.07-30.07 mit fünf Personen in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Alles neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin Eva. Mit fünf Personen war die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder mit Dusche plus ein zusätzliches WC. Die Dachterasse ist einfach ein Traum. Der Strand, der 2 Minuten entfernt ist, hatten wir trotz Hauptsaison fast für uns alleine. Auf der Insel ist alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Zader ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Montabaur-Horressen!!!
