This 54m² 2-room apartment is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Wörth.
This is located on the ground floor, with its own entrance and terrace.
Ideal starting point for excursions to Alsace (border to France in approx. 12 km, Strasbourg 75 km), to the Palatinate (Palatinate Forest, wine-growing areas) or to Baden-Württemberg (Karlsruhe 12 km).
There are shops nearby, and there is also a large outdoor pool on the other side of the village.
If you want to get around by public transport, you have 5min. Walking distance to a tram stop, in 10 min. Walk to the train station.
