The Harz is one of the most beautiful holiday regions Germany and many tourists from all over the world appreciate the beautiful natural scenery and use the time there to relax. Of course, the right accommodation is also part of a holiday. Many vacationers resort to hotels here and spend their holidays between many other travelers. A worthwhile alternative is a holiday apartment that offers a lot of space. Playing children are no problem here and the noise of neighboring neighbors is not a problem either. The holiday homes in Hasselfelde make the Harz holiday a relaxing experience. The houses are located near a forest lake and in the immediate vicinity of a forest. The natural scenery offers a beautiful view of the treasures of the Harz. The Ferienhaus Harz is also near a football field, a playground, various shops and a restaurant.

By a washer and a dryer on site, the laundry can be easily washed and dried when the little ones have played again in the dirt or you just do not want to take too much clothes. Beautiful lakes with impressive dams, the imposing mountain walls and idyllic rivers surrounded by a large vegetation. Long hikes promise a special experience that you can only experience in the Harz. Especially a hike around the dam in Hasselfelde is treated as an insider tip. Overall, at Harz Holiday especially physical activities can be performed. Schönes Feriendorf

Das Feriendorf ist sehr gut angelegt und das Haus war sehr urig und super ausgestattet.Die Lage des Hauses war annehmbar und die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Harz gut erreichbar.Sehr schön fanden wir die kostenlose Nutzung des Waldschwimmbades in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlage.Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalterpärchen war ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich innerhalb einer ruhigen sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage. Auf der Anlage befindet sich zwar ein Spielplatz und ein kleiner Bolzplatz, weitere Angebote sind allerdings nicht vorhanden.

Eine tolle Gegend

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für uns alle. Für die Kinder gibt ein paar Brettspiele im Haus, ein Spielplatz sowie Kicker- und Basketballplatz. Das Haus war gepflegt und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder, um diese tolle Gegend weiter zu erkunden.

Eine sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. ( Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden )Die Lage ist toll und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. In dem Inserat war erwähnt das man Frühstück und Halbpension zubuchbar ist, leider wurde das momentan nicht mit Angeboten ( hätte vorher mit erwähnt werden können). Kleiner Mangel war die Couch, welche sehr unbequem war und es hätte in einigen Ecken etwas sauberer gewesen sein können.

Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis

Prima naturnahe Lage und viele Ausflugsziele im Harz sind von da aus gut zu erreichen. An Ausstattung (insbesondere Küchengeräten) ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt. Bodenbeläge und Teppiche sind allerdings wenig einladend und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Leider war die Sauberkeit (bei unserer Ankunft überall Hundehaare) verbesserungsbedürftig!

Gemütliches Haus im ehemaligen Waldgebiet

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Schade war lediglich, dass die Sauna im Haupthaus der Anlage coronabedingt nicht genutzt werden konnte. Wir hätten uns Bemühungen des Betreibers gewünscht um die Sauna nutzen zu können, sämtliche andere Einrichtungen haben Konzepte erarbeitet und geöffnet. Die Umgebung von Rotacker ist durch Sturmschäden und Rodungsarbeiten stark zerstört und gleicht regelrecht einem Kriegsgebiet. Auch viele Wege sind nicht begehbar.

Keurig huisje en parkje

Schoon, netjes, inrichting ietwat gedateerd naar Nederlandse maatstaven. Alles van het gas af en alleen elektra. Als je dan door de storm 5 uur lang een stroomstoring hebt is dat wel een probleem, want dan heb je niets meer (geen verwarming, heet water, licht, koffie, thee, koken, tv, internet, etc.). Maar daar kan de verhuurder niets aan doen. Moeten we in NL nog maar eens over nadenken of we dat wel willen. Nogmaals huisje is top en de omgeving is prachtig, in het bijzonder als je van wandelen houdt (en geen hoogtevrees hebt).

Die Objekt Beschreibung müsste etwas anders stehen was mich irrediert hat ´( 2 Bad / WC ) ,könnte das nicht heißen ( 1 Bad mit WC, ) 1 WC extra . Ich bin davon ausgegangen das da zwei Bäder sind. bei fünf Personen dauert es schon etwas länger. Mus aber sagen uns hat es gefallen. Vielen Danke das wir da sein durften.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Holzferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden. Für uns, 6 Personen, war es vielleicht doch etwas klein. Durch das Waldbad sicher im Sommer auch für Kinder noch mehr zu empfehlen.

Urlaub 2020

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Objekt ist sehr ordentlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage im Feriendorf ist super und die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit dem Objekt, den Vermietern und der Region und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Einziges Manko, die Treppe im Haus hatte keine Sicherung für Kinder.

Super Urlaub!

Aufgrund der ganzen Corona Misere waren wir froh rechtzeitig Urlaub in Deutschland gebucht zu haben. Das Feriendorf Rotacker ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Man befindet sich zentral gelegen im Harz und hat es nicht weit zu den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Naturbad in der Nähe ist ideal für heiße Tage, auch wenn wir davon nicht ganz soviele hatten. Es springen viele Kids rum und so hatte Junior jeden Abend schon was vor und die Eltern hatten auch mal 5min Ruhe. Jeder Zeit wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben eine super Kurzurlaub verbracht. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienanlage. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Begrüßung freundlich. Das Haus ist für drei Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
