Our apartment *** is about 40 m² in size and ideal for 2 people. It is located in the basement of our house and offers in addition to the city-center location the comfort of a by the German Tourism Association awarded 3-star apartment.

Here you will not miss anything, on the terrace you can relax from the excursions. In addition to the bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom, our sauna offers you the best opportunities for relaxation on site.

Within walking distance you can easily reach the center of Dülmen with its numerous shops and leisure facilities such as, cinemas or restaurants and cafés. Various Pättkes tours invite you to cycle around and the wild horses in Merfelder Bruch can be admired.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Klein, aber fein. Die Dusche ist etwas eng und die Parksituation ebenfalls. Ansonsten sauber und zudem freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

Sauber und gute Lage

Insgesamt sehr ordentliche und gepflegte Wohnung. Lage des Bades ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Günstige Lage aber Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind eingeschränkt.

Ruhig, gemütlich, viel Natur und nicht weit vom Zentrum

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt inmitten von sehr viel Grün rund um das Haus und einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Wenn was fehlte oder defekt war: sie hat sich sofort gekümmert. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage im Souterrain war bei der Sommerhitze genau richtig da angenehm kühl.
