This retreat features a private tennis/pickleball court, high vistas, pleasing decor, and attention to every detail, perfect for a memorable vacation with the people you love. The home is in the quiet, uncrowded north end of Sandbridge. There are six bedrooms, two with king beds and one with a queen bed and adjoining baths; the other three rooms contain twin beds or twin bunk beds. The large multi-level decks overlook the tennis court and double as a stadium for spectators in your group. You'll also have a private gas grill, ceiling fans throughout, a wet bar, patio furniture, a two-car garage, and beach chairs.

Bed Sizes: BR1 - King, BR2 - King, BR3 - Queen, BR4 - 2 Twins, BR5 - 2 Twins, BR6 - 2 Bunksets (Twin/Twin)

The outdoor pools will close on October 8, 2022.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house itself was great but the cleaning crew was terrible. Our house was to be ready by 4pm but was not. We had to stand outside for 45 minutes waiting for them to finish. Then once we got in the house, we had to clean dried food off the cabinets and floors, found chicken bones on the steps off the deck, found a needle tip behind a nightstand, and found hair all over the floors. When contacting Vacasa, both myself and another member of the family were told they would send someone to the house but nobody ever showed up and when we left, the chicken bones were still on the steps.
