Nautical Nonsense is not only a great beach getaway with ocean views and coastal comfort, but it is newly renovated with brand new carpet as well as a fresh painting, decor and comforters. Nicely decorated inside, this home has a bright and cheery kitchen with doubled-up stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, two ranges, and two dishwashers. There is a large countertop workspace with a bar area for seating making this a perfect home for your group to entertain in!|

Large windows in the living room and dining room showcase the amazing ocean views. The ground floor deck to the pool area offers comfortable patio chairs and loungers scattered about for your enjoyment. Relax in the deck-level hot tub and enjoy a private and peaceful experience. This eight-bedroom multi-level house is a crowd-pleaser, with guests enjoying the open floor plan, numerous decks, and great beach location.

Things to Know
This home accepts weekly stays only from Saturday to Saturday between May 1 and October 31 of each year.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for family vacation

This house was great for an extended family vacation- plenty of rooms for individual families, beds were actually comfortable with enough space for their kids. Kitchen was amazing 2 stoves/dishwashers/ and 3 refrigerators made it easy to keep up with cooking and cleanup. Perfect that everyone could do different things if they wanted to and could still come together for meals and family time in the common areas. Gates were solid and latched well to the pool areas and decks to help keep the little ones safe. The property is situated so that the beachfront was never crowded. Overall fantastic experience with both the house and Vacasa.

Retreat

Have done several retreats in Sandbridge and have always loved our accommodations. Needed a smaller house this year and Nautical Nonsense fit the bill. Great house. Everyone loved it.

Location is perfect

We couldn't have asked for a better location, right on the beach with a pool facing the ocean. There were two of every appliance and several other smaller refrigerators throughout the house making meal time a breeze.

Great beach home

plenty of bed space and bathrooms, kitchen was wonderful, pool was great and beach access can not be beat. No sand dune in front!!!! parking was also good. We had five full size vehicles.

Nautical Nonsense

Vascasa did an excellent job , minus check in process , stated incorrectly in email. As , for the house , it was clean and had all the necessary items needed for a stay, IE: kitchen items. Most rooms had TV's and the internet works great on many many devices. The pool and hot tub were clean other then some sand. The 3 star review is due to the lack of upkeep on the grounds and in the house. Many banged up walls , house was a typical overused vacation rental that definitely need a face lift and coat of paint including some wall patches , and bathroom repairs. The pool area was overgrown with weeds and the outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned badly. Vacasa , was very informative and sent many emails to make your stay easier.
