Welcome to Chapel Bay!
This breathtaking beach home is destined to fulfill your beach vacation dreams, and it is pet-friendly! Featuring a beautiful rooftop deck and a sparkling indoor pool surrounded by glass doors.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms which share a full bathroom, entertainment den with bar, wine fridge, and billiard table, complete with a flat screen TV just off the pool. Twin/Full bunkbed and. queen bed.
2nd floor: Large family room, Breakfast area, Den area, fully stocked kitchen, and a Farmhouse Dining room table, 1 King bedroom, and one full Bath nearby.
3rd floor: At the top of the stair landing is the Den & TV area with pull-out sofa bed size Double, to the left is a King Bed suite with private bath, complete with jetted tub, separate shower, plus double vanity sink. To the right side is the one walk-through room with a Twin/Full bottom bunk, twin trundle. and then two additional bedrooms with Queen beds. All bedrooms except the King room on the third floor share an in-hall full bathroom.
Close proximity to the ocean and offers extra entertainment for the family, such as a pool table and foosball table, as well as free WIFI and cable TV! Nearing 6,000 square feet of space, this lovely beach home is sure to win your heart and allow you and the family the relaxation you deeply need.

Please notify us if you plan to bring pets. There is a $250 pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per property.

Indoor pool is amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and the pool was a big hit with the younger ones in our group. Unfortunately, we had to make adjustments to the sleeping arrangements because we didn't count on some of the sleeping areas being pullout sofas and mattresses in the closet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is at a great location, just about 2 min walk to the beach, with a great floor plan for big gatherings. The deck overlooks the canal, which gives additional opportunities for water sports. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing, as well as sitting on the deck at the sun set. The indoor pool was a huge plus since we had several rainy days during our stay and with four babies in the house, it was a life saver. The water in the pool was at the perfect temperature for the little ones to enjoy it and have a lot of fun. The house could use some upgrading and deep cleaning, but other than that it is a great property for a family fun.

Annual Family Summer Beach Vacation

This was our first time in Sandbridge and first time renting a house with an indoor swimming pool. As with any beach house rental, nothing will ever be perfect, but this one comes ranks up there with the best we have rented over the years!

This was our 3rd cousins vacation and this was our 3rd house together, our only complaint is one of the rooms with bunkbeds didn't have any privacy and you had to walk through the space to get to the other 2 bedrooms

Great Place

Beautiful place and loved the indoor pool, it was our only reason for booking this place. My only comment is there is no handrail/bar to get into and out of the pool. A necessity for us senior citizens.

Just what we needed

This place was perfect for a much-needed getaway! The house and pool were both clean and inviting. The beach is just a short, easy walk away The rental agency was very accommodating and helpful. There was one minor maintenance issue, that was dealt with promptly by a very polite gentleman. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The property is as advertised. It was comfortable for our group of 11. Plenty of room to spread out. Complete appliances and kitchenware. The pantry was great to put all the food stuff we brought so we didn't have to scrounge thru cabinets to find something.The indoor pool is a unique touch. Beach access is a short 2 block walk which is nice, especially fro the trip back

Sandbridge

House was very nice but needed work. An air conditioner unit in the attic failed, water leaked through the ceiling of the bedroom below and the ceiling almost collapsed rendering the bedroom unusable. Maintenance took care of it quickly though but the next tenants are down one bedroom.

Beautiful home, but pool was terrible

The house and location were amazing! Unfortunately, 3 of the kids in our group got minor chemical burns from the treatment in the pool. The pool had entirely too many chemicals. Our kids’ got a chlorine rash every time they swam— very painful.

Spring Break in VA Beach

The property was nice and in a very peaceful location. We had no trouble finding the property or entering. The indoor pool is why we came and the children had a blast. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was the the thermostat being set to 68 and at time 57 degrees when it was cold outside. Everyone was very cold at night and the blankets were very thin. So, my guest started doubling up in beds for warmth. Other than that, a good property for family time.

indoor pool was a plus

the house was beautiful but not as clean as it should have been, also we weren't given the correct # of towels, I contacted the agency who said they would get them to us but didn't. I also don't feel enough supplies are provided considering the price that was paid. An example being only one garbage bag, our bathroom had no hand soap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home, with access to the canal and an easy walk to the beach. Layout was good for our four families with room to spread out. For the number of people the home can sleep, the kitchen is small and very under equipped (not enough plates/cups/silverware) and the biggest downside is no outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The indoor pool was a nice feature, but could use some TLC. It allowed us to still swim and keep the kids occupied during afternoon thunderstorms which was great. The walk to the beach was easy, and canal access allowed for pretty views and use of a kayak. Property was clean but could use some updates and upkeep.

Good location with direct access to canal and short walk to the beach. Great outdoor space - large - however furniture very worn and excessive cob webs and spiders made it difficult to be comfortable. In general house was clean, however the windows were filthy and could not open some window treatments because they were covered with spills from previous tenants. Plenty of seating for people for eating, but kitchen work space small for house of this size. Very comfortable living spaces. Multiple bathrooms but some had no towels racks. We enjoyed our stay but spent some amount of time cleaning windows and sweeping porch so we could use it. We did not use the pool nor the game room.

Terrible experience with Property Management

1. Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival and was extremely dirty. 2. Property was infested with ants. 3. Washer machine has a lot of mold/mildew on silicone lip. 4. Multiple burn marks and stains on carpet, furniture and deck railing. 5. Damaged counter tops, kitchen flooring and windows. 6.Mutlipule contractors sent out to remedy issues which disrupted our stay. 7. Housekeeping management accused us of saying something derogatory towards a cleaner. 8. Housekeeping management was caught in a lie trying to pin legal drugs that we found on the premises on us shortly after our departure. 9. Receptionist sent us a text message that was not intended for us calling us "Nuts" and asking someone to send a generic statement about the Assistant manager not being in the office that day. 10. We had to get a hotel on the first night, management refuses to reimburse us for the missed night on their property. Overall, the property is nice but needs some much needed attention. The property management on the other hand is terrible, rude and difficult to work with. We would not recommend staying on this property under the current property management.

Fun vacation week

Our family had a very good week here at Chapel Bay. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, kayaking in the canal with rented kayaks.Lots of room to spread out throughout the house. Played games and walked the neighborhood.

Great week despite the weather. A couple of suggestions-the dishwasher is SLOW and doesn’t clean unless it’s on heavy, only half the toaster works, the disposal doesn’t, and the railing leading to the top floor is loose. Minor fixes.

Chapel Bay June 21- 28, 2025 Luxurious?! Beautiful?!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The positives, communication from company, excellent. Staff courteous and pleasant. Location perfect. Deck and Dock beautiful.Arrived and could not enter house. Keypad not functioning. Troy responded promptly was very nice. Batteries were not making contact, then would not accept code. Troy gave me his door code and that was what we used. The property is in disrepair, outdated. I have rented dozens of properties through the years, different locales, different companies and this by far was in the worst condition. I have many pictures to support my claim. Counter top worn to below finish, stove surface worn and scratched, screens ripped, fixtures, air vents rusted. Light fixtures rusted, furniture damaged, closet door mirror cracked and can't be opened. Sofa has entire leather worn off down to threadbare lining with only one recliner working. Paint worn off wall behind sofa as well as throughout entire house. Then the pool- filthy area, cobwebs, trash, leaves. Door tracks rusted so that all doors cannot be opened. Push screen door open and frame falls down, door left in your hand. Paint peeling off on multiple spots. Fans not functional. Upon returning tried to make them aware and send photos so they can perhaps address these issues and both emails through which communication was established prior to trip are invalid and emails bounced.
