Come experience the thrill of vacationing at one of Vermont's premier resorts and relax in your luxury condo in the great Rising Bear Lodge, located directly across from Stratton Village and within walking distance to lifts.

Our fully-equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes cable TV, high speed internet, a welcoming fireplace, a parking space in the heated garage, Washer/Dryer and a private ground-floor patio that looks out to the Commons with a skating pond or fountain and sometimes weddings! All lodge guests have access to the year-round heated swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, the Great Room lobby, and family activities. Access to adjacent golf course and nearby health club.

Kitchen provides Keurig and drip coffeemakers, cookware and bakeware, organic spices. Relaxing living room and dining area. Bose Bluetooth Speaker.

Lively Stratton Village has a variety of shops and restaurants to appeal to any taste.

Everything was Great

The unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The owner responded immediately to any questions. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Ski trip

Everything about this place is fantastic! The condo is stocked with everything you could need. There were some really considerate finishing touches, such as snacks etc. It’s clean, and in a great location, a short walk to the village. Park your car in the garage and enjoy yourselves. Dave and Wanda are responsive hosts. Would absolutely stay here again.

Mom and daughters trip

We had a great time. The condo was more than the description indicated it was. The hosts left little care packages, more than enough towels, and so much more. The location was so close that we walked with our ski equipment. Once you’re parked, no need for a vehicle. Highly recommend night snowmobile tours at Stratton mountain!

Awesome experience

Property is great, clean and well stocked, renters are very accomodating with attention to details, highly recommend to families and anyone wanting the full stratton experience.

Retired from a career at Cigna, I have lived in New England most of my life. I love all that the region has to offer including running, hiking, mountain climbing, biking and skiing. My wife Wanda and I started skiing a couple of years ago and are having a blast with it.
