ATENCIÓN: LA DESCRIPCIÓN NO COINCIDE CON LA REALIDAD .THE DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MATCH THE REALITY
La descripción del anuncio no coincide con la realidad. En primer lugar la persona encargada de la recepción no habla español. A la llegada se limitó a abrirnos las puertas y poco más, eso sí, alcanzó a decirnos que si otros clientes utilizaban la piscina nosotros no podríamos utilizarla. Ahí nos dimos cuenta que al parecer tendríamos otros inquilinos en la casa. Nosotros habíamos alquilado una casa rural no un hostal, queríamos privacidad. Al preguntar por este hecho nos dice que se debía a una mala "traducción" del anuncio. Efectivamente al siguiente día llegó otra pareja haciendo ruido con evidentes problemas personales.
Las instalaciones no se encuentran lo debidamente limpias, la parte baja de la casa está desatendida al igual que la piscina.
Es una auténtica pena puesto que el paraje donde se encuentra esta edificación y la casa en sí mismo es una auténtica maravilla.
The ad description does not match reality. First of all, the person in charge of the reception does not speak Spanish. Upon arrival, he just opened the doors and little else, though, he managed to tell us that if other customers used the pool, we couldn't use it. There we realized that apparently we would have other tenants in the house. We had rented a rural house, not a hostel, we wanted privacy. When asking about this fact, he tells us that it was due to a bad "translation" of the advertisement. Indeed the next day another couple came making noise with obvious personal problems.
The facilities are not properly clean, the lower part of the house is unattended as well as the pool.
It is a real shame since the place where this building is located and the house itself is a real wonder.
