About this property
Charming 2x2 Ocean View Condo
Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath villa in Resorts World Bimini with a special first-floor location. The villa is about a 5-minute walk to the infinity pool (which has free access to lounge chairs and a pool bar with cocktails and food) which is only available to villa guests. Come stay off the grid or walk 3 minutes to the casino and eat at the amazing sushi restaurant. We are a 3-minute walk to the hotel. Renting a golf cart for your stay is recommended (for quick transport to the beach/hotel or for going into town to check out the restaurants, shopping, or different beaches) but if you plan to stay on the resort, you can walk or hop on the shuttle to get around!

*** The renter is responsible for any damages to unit or contents.***
History of the property grounds:
Genting Group, a global Malaysian resort and casino group, purchased Bimini Bay Resort in 2013, rebranding it Resorts World Bimini. The 750-acre property consists of 480 vacation cottages ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms. It’s also home to two marinas, making it the largest on the island, with 230 slips accommodating vessels of up to 180 feet. The best way to get around this narrow, seven-mile-long island is by golf cart. Otherwise, Resorts World Bimini offers a shuttle into town and bike rentals.
The King’s and Queen’s Highway are the two main roads that traverse North Bimini, punctuated by earth-toned houses, some abandoned or in disrepair, while others don fresh coats of paint and the occasional mural. The most noticeable thing of all, though, is the quiet. With a population of roughly 2,000, the island is calm and peaceful. Both visitors and locals seem to like it that way. Head to Stuart’s or Joe’s for fresh conch salad made with bell peppers, onions, lime juice, best enjoyed with a cold bottle of Kalik beer, which is brewed in the Bahamas.

Welcome to our little slice of paradise in Bimini! We're a couple from Miami, and we're absolutely thrilled to share our love for the beach, ocean, and the laid-back island life with you. There is really nothing we love more than a weekend getaway to Bimini! Our journey here is an adventure in itself, as we either cruise on our boat from Miami, or opt for the seaplane or ferry for a different journey. Once we arrive, our favorite pastimes include relaxing on the beach, getting the freshest lobster and fish the island has to offer, and whipping up a feast to share with both old friends and new neighbors. Exploring the island by boat, taking in the breathtaking views, or leisurely strolling through town are some of the simple pleasures we cherish during our stays.
As hosts, we're excited to extend the warm hospitality of Bimini to our guests. We take great pride in providing you with an authentic Bimini experience – from the sun-soaked beaches to the delectable local cuisine. It really is always better in the Bahamas! If you have any questions or need recommendations for your stay, feel free to reach out. Here's to sun, sea, and creating unforgettable memories!

Why they chose this property
Why We Chose Bimini
I've been traveling to Bimini since I was a kid—back when we navigated by compass and landmarks, not GPS. I grew up fishing and lobstering there with my dad and uncles, long before it became the popular destination it is today. I always dreamed of owning a place in Bimini someday.
Fast-forward several decades, and after not visiting for nearly 10 years, one of my lifelong best friends invited my wife and me to stay at his condo for a long weekend. We were blown away by how much had changed—the island had grown in all the right ways while still keeping its charm.
I joked with my wife that I’d love to buy a place there. She thought I was crazy… until a few months later, over dinner with that same friend, he mentioned his neighbor was selling. The rest is history.
This condo is more than just a vacation spot—it’s a lifelong dream realized. We hope you enjoy Bimini as much as we always have.

What makes this property unique
While there are plenty of condos in the area, what makes ours unique is the comfort, warmth, and especially the well-equipped kitchen—perfect for guests who love to cook and enjoy great meals, even while on vacation.
I’m passionate about cooking, so we’ve outfitted the kitchen with everything you might need: a food processor, pressure cooker, fryer, espresso and coffee maker, ice maker, water dispenser, and a blender—perfect for piña coladas or frozen drinks. We also have a Traeger smoker on the ground-floor patio, great for grilling or smoking your fresh catch.
Being on the ground floor is another big plus. There’s no need to haul gear or groceries up stairs, which is especially helpful if you're arriving by boat with rods, a cooler full of fish, or bags from the local store. Both front and back entrances are easily accessible, and the golf cart is parked just steps away. The pool is very close, and the beach is just a short walk, making it easy to transition from a day of adventure to pure relaxation.
While the kitchen isn’t stocked with food, we take a “pay-it-forward” approach. Guests often leave behind useful extras like cooking oil, spices, sushi rice, ginger, wasabi, eel sauce, ketchup, mayo, and more. If you bring something and don’t finish it, you’re welcome to leave it for the next guest.
We’ve created a space that’s meant to feel like home—whether you’re mixing up frozen drinks, relaxing by the pool, walking to the beach, or unwinding after a day on the water.
