The pole barn is not heated, but isopen year-round to use if temperatures allow. Due to the frigid Wisconsin weather.. this area can be difficult to use in the winter, which is why we offer a seasonal discount.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Robins Nest! The house is beautiful and well equipped for our large family. The large backyard and games provided gave all the kids room to run and play. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock, and kayaking. It is so peaceful and a very lovely place to stay. We are planning to make this a yearly family getaway. We woukd highly recommend the Robins Nest!

The house was everything my group needed it to be. Adults and kids were entertained. We enjoyed kayaking, the paddle boat, ping-pong, air hockey, and billiards. About a 10-minute drive to a nice public beach, and only a 40-minute drive down for a day at the Dells. We look forward to coming back next summer!!!
We had an amazing stay! The house was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lake and the yard (bring bug spray!) and the games in the barn. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. thanks for a great stay!
The host was absolutely outstanding to work with. The home was beautifully decorated with furniture and decor that said “lake house”. The home was spotless. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of space for family and friends to gather. All appliances and dishware that you could possibly need is available. When you step onto the deck you are greeted with a spectacular view of the lake. A great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Plenty of yard for kids to play . Grandsons enjoyed swimming in lake, kayaking and paddle boating. All available to use, along with life jackets. We brought our UTV and enjoyed lots of riding on the country roads. You can end your day with a relaxing campfire.
I highly recommend enjoying a vacation at this beautiful lake home .
Kim is an amazing, loving host. Beautiful property with big backyard, fire pit, and pine trees along the shore line of a wonderful Big Roche 71 lake. Great location! As a family of 6 adults and 3 kids we had so much fun. Having a barn with variety of games to play during sunny or raining day was extra fun. Cannot thank Kim enough of such memorable vacation! Rent with confidence. You won't regret! Make sure to add a pontoon from local providers for additional lake enjoyment: swimming, fishing, etc.
Kim is great, the property is beautiful, the lake is amazing. We had 8 adults sleep comfortably. For a small town there is a lot to do. 100% recommended staying here!

Kim, even left a small gift basket for our friend who had birthday that weekend.
House is Very Comfortable and have plenty of space for four couples with kids.
It's located near a small lake.
There are two kayaks, one kanoe, one paddle boat and plenty of space on the backyard, between house and lake, huge fire pit.
Also, there is a barn with bar and games for kids and adults.
House has everything to make you stay as pleasant as possible!
Everyone of us felt very comfortable and relaxed!
With all honesty, I can say that it was out best stay out of all stays we previously had and this statement supported by all of our friends.
We definitely will be back!
Big Thank you Kim for letting us enjoy July 4th weekend!
Mother and daughter working to create a family friendly property for large and small gatherings. As our families grew and our trips to Adams County and Disney world became more challenging we wanted to create a space that you have never been to before. We have put our all into creating a cozy space that accommodates every type of group, when it comes to outdoors activities to being stuck inside on a rainy day.
Why they chose this property
Adams County has been a place of interest with our family of 14 since our children have been babies. It has lakes, beaches and attractions whichever way you travel down highway 13. It is in close proximity of the Wisconsin Dells and Wisconsin Rapids which brings a wide variety of entertainment and family fun within 30 minutes of the property.
What makes this property unique
It was never just one spot of our property that struck our eyes, it was everything we have put together to keep you comfortable and entertained. Enjoy our properties waterfront with a relaxing canoe ride, or launch our kayaks or 4 person paddle boat from your own backyard. In the evening gather the family around the fire pit enjoying s'mores and watching the beautiful sunsets. If you encounter inclement weather, no problem, venture out to the pole barn for a choice of family entertainment including an air hockey, foosball, and ping pong table and a variety of other game choices.
