Apartment 1:
The apartment 1 with 40 m² has a living room with kitchenette with TV and comfortable couch corner. In the separate bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. On the furnished terrace, you can relax and unwind the day. A parking space can also be found on the property. The entire apartment is laid out with laminate, pets are NOT allowed. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included. The apartment is located on the land of the landlord in a quiet location, the beach is about 10 minutes.

We rent two modern apartments, which were built in the spring of 2012. They are located on the plot of the landlord and comprise approximately 40 m² per apartment. The apartments are at ground level and designed for two people each. On the property there is a practice for physiotherapy with approval of all statutory health insurance and private. Osteopathic treatments with cash register approval for some statutory health insurance companies are also possible. Appointments for prescription treatments should be made about 3 weeks before arrival. Guests of our apartment receive 10% discount on the applications in our practice (except in July and August). The beach and the promenade can be reached in about 10 minutes. Shops are located in the vicinity. Ückeritz is a quiet place for rest and relaxation and an ideal starting point for exploring the entire island of Usedom.
