Cozy and sparkling clean condo with a very private screened in balcony. Sit back and relax while you enjoy nature all around. All the comforts of home with none of the responsibilities! Golf and Beach nearby. What more can you ask for?

This third-floor unit features a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan. Right off the living room you will find a very private screened in porch overlooking The True Blue Golf Course. The condo also features a full-size washer & dryer, refrigerator, microwave, cable/smart TVs (in the living room and both bedrooms), wifi/internet and so much more! The master bedroom features a queen with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom features two XL twins, easily converted to a king size bed. Off the hallway is a second full bathroom.

True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, and dining options at the True Blue and Caledonia Clubhouse restaurants.

The beach is only a 5-minute drive. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, toys and a beach cart are available for your use.

Smoking is not permitted.

Small dogs will be considered with a pet fee - please message to request.

Winter monthly rentals available - discount applied (please inquire)

Relaxing and stress free!

Very nice clean condo. My favorite part of the day was when I got to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view, the birds, squirrels and watch the golfers go by. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It felt very homey to me and I look forward to going back again.

Clean, comfy & convenient

My family and I loved this 2 bedroom condo. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our wonderful week in Pawleys Island. We enjoyed our coffee over looking the golf course each morning from the screened in porch. After our long days at the beach we cook dinner at the condo and then enjoy the porch for a glass of wine. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all my question. I highly recommend this condo and we cant wait to visit again. We will definitely be back!

Accommodations for Nearby Wedding

The listing was very accurate and the photos helped me make the decision to stay in this nicely, but not overly, decorated condo. It was so peaceful and the screened deck/porch looked out on the treed golf course. Parking was convenient. My husband was delighted to wake up and enjoy a cup of Keurig coffee! Having a key pad for entry simplified our coming and going at different times. The linens were lovely - towels bright white and so clean. Would have liked additional backup paper supplies (roll of paper towels was somewhat soiled). Hairdryer not very powerful…took a long time to dry my hair. Pool looks lovely but we didn’t have time to try it out. Thank you to our host!
