Historic Morsumer house in the spa style of the 19th Century. on the state of today.

The detached house (completely fenced) is located on a pedestrianized village street. Spa management, cafe, Edeka and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance you can reach the Nössedeich in about 15 minutes via meadow paths or in about 5 minutes to the Wadden Sea in the north. Direction.
On 170 square meters of living space 1 - 6 people find every comfort .. The ground floor has a double bedroom with shower room. In the spacious living-dining area you will find cozy reading corners, fireplace satellite TV, Bose HiFi and an Art Nouveau desk and a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge freezer and ice maker.

From the living area you reach the inviting south-facing terrace with its own mature garden (fenced).
A king-size beach chair, garden furniture and a XL parasol invite you to linger.
Also a bicycle stand is located in the garden area. You can bring your purchases comfortably from the car through the kitchen door into the house.
