This open concept 3400 sqft home has lots of room for fun to bring the whole family or two families! It is in a quiet neighborhood in south Idaho Falls but still close to everything! Enjoy the fenced yard with a fire pit and bbq in the back for an outdoor summer! The home has a dinning table inside and ping pong with A/C to cool off from spending the day exploring.
The upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basement has a large family room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy!

The most perfect rental we’ve ever had!

We cannot say one bad thing about this place! We loved every single second of our stay! We rented this house for our wedding so that both sides of the family could stay together in one place, so it was perfect to have a few bedrooms upstairs and a few on the lowest level. The backyard was amazing, the 3-car garage was so convenient, it’s in a wonderful neighborhood, close to a bunch of national parks/monuments, and in a town that has everything you might need. We did not want to leave! 10000/10
