This 100 year old farmhouse comes with historical charm as well as modern finishes like upgraded bathroom and kitchen. The house sits on 1-acre of land, including an expansive front and back yard. The property also includes a 650 sq ft studio/office space and guest bedroom. The studio space (The Commons) is bright and modern, perfect for working from home or artist space. The outdoor spaces truly feel like a little park, with a gazebo, large lawn and mature trees. The neighborhood is quiet, kid friendly, and close to great attractions like Sloans Lake, Tennyson St. and only 10 minutes drive from downtown Denver.

It's a perfect space for families, the property comes fully-equipped with our 4-year old's toys, trampoline and toy house. Our mom and grandma live next door in the carriage house and make great neighbors.
