This is an amazing place to come to see Austin. The location on Rainey Street is great, the view and the sunsets at the rooftop pool are breath taking. Just go Downstairs and you are in the middle of lots of fun bars, food trucks, restaurants and town lake’s hike and bike trail. The apartment itself is in Luxury Condo unit and away from Rainey street noise

Beware of pre-existing damage here....

The property and everything about our stay was perfect - EXCEPT....There were two types of damage in this unit when we arrived. One was a broken window shade, and the other was a damaged closet door. Regarding the closet door. The door was the locked "owner door". You could see by the damage that the door had holes in it from being slammed open into the nightstand that was next to it. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE for us to have damaged the door in that manner as the door was locked and we could not have slammed it open. This damage was CLEARLY done by the housekeeping folks, so we figured we didn't need to mention it. (We did mention the shade to the Manager.) This morning we received notification that the owner made a claim against us for the damage to the door. We are not being charged as we had the insurance, but THIS IS FRAUD!!! I notified the insurance company of this. They are using our booking to fix damage caused by their own staff! SHAME ON YOU!
