About this property

The apartment has 2 bedroom and we used to rent as a one bedroom. Now is being rented as a 2 bedroom for more space and there are in fact 2 beds. It has everything you need and it feels like a home more than a vacation rental. We offer a weekly discount of 5% - for longer stays as well as a monthly discount. The place is spacious and you have a beautiful view of the city from the terrace as well as large windows and beautiful light.

This apartment is in a unique location in San Francisco, near top of a hill and surrounded by nature walks and with Sunrise views from the Patio as well as Sunset places near by.
It is full of light and peaceful. We have laundry on the premises and there are only 3 other apartments in the complex so it is safe and homey.

We have a kitchen that is equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
This place feels comfortable and we use it as a home between the bookings.
I like to welcome my guests and share information about the area.

I will be here at check in and check out and happy to answer any questions or assist you during your stay.

I will be in communication with you about any visits at the apartment during your stay.

The area has many restaurants and is central and lots of options about things to do. The restaurants in Cole Valley such as Zazie are amazing. The monument at the top of our stairs also has views of the sunset or of the starry sky at night.

Host cancelled at the last minute!

I arrived in San Francisco and checked my email only to find out my host had canceled my reservation at the last minute only hours before my check in! I called Vrbo and was kept on hold for 50 minutes before they disconnected my call. After three attempts I received no support, no credit, no help from Vrbo at all and had to find a place to stay on my own. Very disappointed! So mu for Vrbo's risk free guarantee What a frustrating experience! I expected them to give me a credit or something to compensate me for this nightmare. All they had to offer me was, "we're sorry this happened!" :(

Stunning View

Spacious apartment centrally located, very safe and secure neighborhood. Stunning view of the city. Cafes and little stores in walking distance. The hosts are great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. They even set out another bed so that our son did not have to share with his parents. Wished it would have been a little bit cleaner.

Great spot with balcony and view.

Had a great stay. Place was in a great spot and had a nice balcony with a view of the city and bay. Host was very helpful and informative. Would stay again.
