Staubhaus und Wespen im Dachboden

Die Lage ist perfekt und bietet viel Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Zum Objekt, naja das haben wir wahrscheinlich sauberer hinterlassen wie als wir angereist sind. Ich will nicht alles schlecht reden, aber es müsste doch an einigen Ecken was gemacht werden und vorallem sauber gemacht werden, es ist echt in jeder Ecke und auf alles und jeden Staub. Vorn in der Küche am Esstisch ist so ein 3D Bild das ist 3 5mm hoch mit Staub und Spinnennetz. Leider kann man dem oberen Balkon am Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen da dort Wespen ein und aus fliegen. Die hört man auch bei Nacht und Tag, das Nest muss direkt unter der Decke sein. Sehr mulmiges Gefühl beim Schlafen. Ich erwarte kein 5 Sterne Hotel jedoch gibt es einige Sachen die mal gemacht werden müssen und halt mal von oben bis unten sauber machen,das ist das mindeste.

netter Aufenthalt mit Hund

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und haben uns im Domizil wohlgefühlt. Das Inventar ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht, aber es war sauber und mit Hund etwas preislich vergleichbares zufinden, ist sehr schwer, wenn nicht unmöglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitengasse und in Laufnähe zum Meer (15 Min). Gern wieder.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles gut

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen , welches aber an der ein oder anderen stelle etwas Renovierung gebrauchen könnte. Die Hecke im Eingangsbereich könnte der Umgebung mal angepasst werden (einfach mal schön schneiden) . Das Eingangstor mit einem frischen Anstrich versehen und leichtgängiger gemacht werden. Im oberen Bereich der zum schlafen dient wären bei hohen Temperaturen auch Fliegengitter gut damit man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Im Wintergarten die Vorhänge könnten mal wieder gereinigt werden. Und hier und da wurde vergessen auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Aber ansonsten sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Der Hund kann bedenkenlos auf dem Grundstück laufen. Alles sicher. Liegen zum Sonnen sind vorhanden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Jedoch lief die Kaffeemaschine leider immer aus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sympathisch. Fazit: Im Großen und Ganzen alles gut, der Aufenthalt im Haus war ok. Die Gegend ist prima …
