Great house for a large group, with plenty to do in and around the house. Check in was straight forward and access to the house is via a key pad on the front door. The beds were very comfortable and showers always had hot water.

Loved every minute!

We came for Nationals with our volleyball team and the moms and daughters shared the house. It was perfect! We will def be back! The owner was amazing and answered questions immediately and he was so accommodating! We loved our time in this house!

Great stay again.

This was our second stay here and we were very happy again. The house was very clean and looked the same it did the time we stayed earlier in the year. Leo is very responsive and we will stay again soon.

Clean and comfortable

21 adults and children had a great stay in this house and resort facility. Leo was a very responsive host to answer questions ahead of time. The house had a well equipped kitchen for feeding our crowd. Beds were comfortable. The location in the resort was great, just 1 minute walk to the Bronson Clubhouse. I will recommend this house and Leo to my friends

What a place!

My wife and I brought our 3 adult children and their spouses snd 10 grandchildren aged 1-12 for a 7 night stay and it did not disappoint! Beautiful house very clean and the pool was bath water warm which we loved! Lou was the best and took immediate care of the one minor issue with a fan! Top notch place

This home is nice however I didn’t feel the host had much interest in ensuring we were comfortable. We had bad pool water and dryer experience. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced or upgraded. The pool wasn’t heated because management forgot to turn on pool heat evening though we paid for it in advance. Host was a little reluctant to issue a refund for the pool not being heated.

Sorry that we didn’t make you feel 100% satisfied. I would like to provide explanation for the issues you mentioned. About pool heating, you did not mention any issues with pool heating until your last afternoon in your 5 day use of pool heating. but we still offered you 100% refund of your pool heating fees and provided you free use of pool heating right after we confirmed with the pool technician that the pool heater turned off automatically at one point of time when the water dropped to a certain level. Regarding the washer and dryer, they are new. No previous guest has ever complained about them. But because they are smart appliances, you did not seem to know how to run them. We did message you and explain the meanings of the screen.

3rd stays still great and our favorite VRBO

This was our third stay, and everything was as good as expected. The house is large and in great condition. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tube are nice, and the game room was perfect to entertain our kids. Leo the host is always very responsive if there are any needs and he checks in and really cares about your stay. Safe to say we will be back again soon.

Excellent Choice

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was large, clean and spacious, everyone loved the comfortable beds. The location was perfect for a quick drive to Disney. It is also a 2 minute walk to the community pool with lazy river, grill, and bar. A quick drive will get you to the other community area with another large pool, lazy river, and water slides. The owner, Leo, is quick to respond and even checks in on you to make sure everything is going good. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Perfect location and beautiful place

This place was immaculate, safe, and very very clean. We’ve stayed at Story Lakes properties previously, but this is our new favorite place. We stayed for 5 days, and it was the best vacation ever according to the kids (I would have to agree). The property is located near everything – stores, grocery, Disney, etc. Kids loved having a pool at the house and enjoyed all the games in the game room. The community amenities are resort style with so much to do. The property host Leo was the best host ever. He communicated all the details prior to the stay and checked on us while we were there. When leaving, we forgot a few items, Leo located them and shipped them to us. I can’t Thank him enough for the great hospitality. Overall, it was a great rental, and we will be back again!

Property is very nice and we had a great time The only issue we had was the freezer in the kitchen did not make ice. We contacted Leo and he did send a new water filter which we did install. A couple other issues that Leo has no control over but were very annoying was the smell of pot coming from the neighbors pool area . One night it was so bad we had to bring our grandkids in because the smell was overwhelming. They really need to come up with a better system for getting into the complex. Several nights when we came home the line of cars was so backed up it was crazy. We really did enjoy our visit and loved the home

Terrific clean house in very good condition with outstanding property manager, very responsive!

My family of 19 were all very pleased with the house. It was spotless and in great condition. Decor was nice and comfortable. Beds were great, firm. Room darkening curtains were helpful in the bedrooms. Washer dryer is very large and worked well. House supplied pool and bath towels. Everything worked well in the game room which we really enjoyed. There was an extra full size fridge in the playroom which was a huge help for our big crowd and a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The property manager Leo bought a new full size crib for our stay which was a great help. He arranged for the cleaning service to quickly come for a minor request and they were very nice. The actual bed configuration by room is a bit different than the site indicates, but Leo clarified for us in advance and the configuration worked well for our family. Leo was a huge asset and really worked to meet our requests to help our stay. We would 100% recommmend the house. Location is great, 5 minute walk to a lovely community pool with a lazy river, fitness room and a second game room. All in all, a great house and outstanding property manager.
