Comfortable cozy 1-room apartment for 2 people
Our 2018 completely renovated and newly furnished 1-room apartment with a spacious sun terrace is perfect for 2 people and leaves nothing to be desired. An extra bed for a toddler up to 7 years is possible (1.40 m cot)
The apartment is comfortably and comfortably furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, complete kitchenette with dishwasher, sitting area with couch and television. The bathroom with shower has a window. Directly in front of the apartment is a sun terrace with a parasol and garden furniture, a green area with barbecue facilities, a bicycle parking space and a car parking space. The apartment is fully heated and can be rented all year round.
Our small apartment is located in a separate annex, together with a larger 4-person apartment.
The associated garden area with a lockable garden gate is only for these two apartments.
The apartment is quietly located in the "old village" of Zinnowitz, between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser, where it is about a 15-minute walk.
Zinnowitz is a worthwhile destination for beach goers, nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts and cyclists in every season.
