About this property

Our 2018 completely renovated and newly furnished 1-room apartment with a spacious sun terrace is perfect for 2 people and leaves nothing to be desired. An extra bed for a toddler up to 7 years is possible (1.40 m cot)
The apartment is comfortably and comfortably furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, complete kitchenette with dishwasher, sitting area with couch and television. The bathroom with shower has a window. Directly in front of the apartment is a sun terrace with a parasol and garden furniture, a green area with barbecue facilities, a bicycle parking space and a car parking space. The apartment is fully heated and can be rented all year round.
Our small apartment is located in a separate annex, together with a larger 4-person apartment.
The associated garden area with a lockable garden gate is only for these two apartments.
The apartment is quietly located in the "old village" of Zinnowitz, between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser, where it is about a 15-minute walk.
Zinnowitz is a worthwhile destination for beach goers, nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts and cyclists in every season.

Ein Traum

Wir wollten als Paar mal eine Auszeit vom Alltag nehmen und sind auf dieses Objekt gestoßen. Dieses Apartment ist wirklich ein Traum. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Es war alles in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und es hat wirklich alles völlig unkompliziert geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
