Moin and welcome to the north in the beautiful Ostfriesland.

The 120sqm house is divided into two units and is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north, 10 minutes drive away from Norddeich, Lütetsburg and Hage. From here you can make great trips on foot or by car.

The upper floor apartment consists of a bright living room with large flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa. In a niche is also a stable folding sofa with space for up to 2 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and various small appliances.
The bedroom is equipped with double bed, wardrobe and TV. There is space for a travel cot next to the bed, which can be booked free of charge with us.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.
Washer, dryer, ironing board and clothes horse are in the shared HWR.
Since the house was newly renovated and refurbished, the garden is being worked at full speed.

Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 45 EUR (obligatory).
Towels: to rent once per object for 5 EUR (compulsory).
