From Dec to March 31 the cabin will be winterized so no running water will be available. There will be drinking water. Feel to contact me with any questions regarding this. Have a great winter season!
We alway's suggest you get the property before dark, but If your arriving after dark and you notice the electric is out their is a flashlight on fridge and candles to get your through the morning.
There is a window fan for drawing in the cooler mountain air during the evening hours. Their is no A/C!

About the host
Hosted by Steven Vascellaro

I built this cabin to allow others enjoy what I worked so hard for. Being in a peaceful setting but having all the fun adventures within 45 minutes of you to get back to enjoying life at a reasonable cost!
***I've decided to make this home a dry-cabin for this summer, so if you want have water for flushing, or washing dishes you must now supply your own water. I normally bring a few 6 gallon totes. You can fill up water at the river. For showers I recommend using one of the hot springs location that have showers or take a dip in the river!

Even though your in the mountain you pretty much want what ever uses the AT&T network to be able to communicate out here. Verizon does get service on the Mac Donnell and Iron Mountain Rd connect.
