Lovely Beach Stay

This vacation spot is perfect for what we needed. The condo has great views, all of the amenities that you could need, and perfect location for walking to stores and restaurants. The beach location is not overly crowded. Kathy is also very responsive and friendly! We would highly recommend renting this listing.

Wonderful Ocean Front Property

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It had all of the amenities and much, much more. The host was great and her ocean front condo was perfect in every way! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well worth the cost!

Quick getaway

We really enjoyed the property. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. GREAT beach views! We were happy with the communication from the condo owner. We would highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Great rime

The pictures don’t do the view justice. Balcony directly overlooks the beach. Also great views from the living room and master bedroom. Water was warm weather was perfect.

Comfort with a Gorgeous View

The condo was the perfect spot for our spring break! It had plenty of space and all of the things one might need for a beach vacation. The location was perfect for the beach and so easy to run up for lunch. The sunset view from our deck was spectacular! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Excellent Weekend Getaway

The condo was well stocked and contained everything you would need for a beach vacation. There were only three of us and it was the perfect size. The owner was responsive and helpful. The beach was well maintained and clean. The only negative I would give, and it’s not through any fault of the owner, is that the condo is a few floors above the bar and the night before we were supposed to leave very early, the patrons of the bar were very loud and it was difficult to sleep due to their loud raised voices.

Location location location!

Great location steps from the beach, two pools and easy walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We had absolutely beautiful weather with nightly sunset from our balcony. The hosts are responsive and answer questions quickly. The condo is cozy, but all we did was sleep there. Everything you need is provided. there was so much to do. Music along the beach every night, good seafood. S plenty of sunshine.

Clean, amazing views felt like home

What an amazing condo! The beds and pillows were so comfy, Even the pull out sofa where the kids slept was super comfy! Condo had an amazing ocean view and the balcony was roomy. Super clean and all the comforts of home. Condo grounds were well maintained and the beach is amazing. Stocked with high quality linens and the air conditioner worked great! All new appliances and everything you need to cook and care for a family with kids. Condo is super kid friendly, but would be perfect for a romantic kid free weekend too. Owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely will be back!

Spring break 2023

This was our third year staying at Sunset Vista and it was the best one yet. Kathy and Rich were wonderful hosts. Kathy was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions. She had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week with family and friends. She went out of her way to add some extra touches- boogie boards, sand toys and specialty coffee and some treats which my children immediately found. 😊 I also asked for a crockpot and she made that happen, too! The condo was clean and was fully stocked with all your kitchen and bath needs. Many of these units are older and could use some updates but Kathy has added some finishing touches that made this condo stand out from others we had previously stayed in. Several of our family members, who also had units here, commented on how nice our place was. The location of this condo was perfect and you have a beautiful direct view of the gulf. We can’t wait to go back next year and look forward to working with Kathy and Rich again.

Great trip to treasure island

Our family had a great time and this unit was perfect for our family. The unit was very clean and generally had everything we needed - a good supply of pots & pans, bath products and beach toys. While the overall property felt a little dated (some construction was underway to address this), this unit was very nice and we’d be happy to stay again.

Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The appliances were updated and we loved having a washer and dryer. The welcome basket with coffee and biscotti was a really nice touch. Kathy was super quick in responding to any questions I had. The only issue I saw was the shower pressure and the smaller bathroom was a little weak, but I’ve experience that at most beach rentals I’ve been to. The shower pressure in the bigger bathroom was fine. I would highly recommend this condo and I plan on returning in the future.

Amazing condo and location

Really amazing condo and location. Everything was perfect with this condo. The condo had everything you needed for a great vacation. It was super clean, communication with property manager was amazing. The facilities were perfect, right on the beach, pool was amazing and they had a bar and also cafe with amazing food. It was extremely close to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway

This condo is a fantastic unit in a great location. Hot tubs, pools, beach all right there it's everything everyone wants. The unit is clean and stocked and the view is fantastic and the host is friendly and kind. Stores, restaurants, and nightlife are a short walk or cab ride -- not across the street but not far either.
