Home Away from Home (with Chic Upgrades):
• We poured our love (and new furniture!) into this spacious 1300 sq ft haven. Think fluffy towels, high thread-count dreams, and a kitchen with new appliances and the gear you need to whip up gourmet feasts.
• Master suite? More like master retreat! Sink into a California king-sized bed and pamper yourself in the huge en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Second bedroom boasts a dreamy queen-sized bed with its own full bath nearby.
• Smart TVs in every room? You bet! Cable package loaded, movie nights on the couch await after sunset adventures. Just choose your poison: late-night rom-com or action flick by the fireplace (yes, there's one of those too!).
• Child-friendly? Heck yeah! We've got dinnerware they won't smash, a Pack’n Play for naptime, and pool floats for epic splashes. Just don't forget the sunscreen!
• Workaholics welcome! Blast through emails with blazing-fast Wi-Fi and set up camp in the dedicated workspace. But remember, desert sunsets are calling...

• Dive into a pool paradise –pick your poison from 25 sparkling pool oases, just steps from your door. Relax with a hot tub soak as desert breezes chase your cares away.
• Backyard BBQs under the stars? Sunset views from your private patio? Yes, please! Fire up the grill and watch the mountains blush orange while you sift through constellations over margaritas.

• Ready for golf? Play Desert Falls Country Club’s championship course (green fees apply) or one of dozens of others nearby.
• Pickleball champions in the making? Master the game on the resort's courts. Laughter and friendly competition guaranteed! (Winner buys cocktails, obviously.)
• Tennis anyone? Ace your way to desert glory on the resort courts. Or pump iron in the well-equipped gym.

Know before you go:
• The pools are open until 10 PM each night. They are heated to around 82 degrees October/November-April, but specific timing each year can vary based on seasonal temperatures.
• Our home has a private garage, so you can protect your car and belongings from the desert sun. If your vehicle is too large to fit, you can park in our driveway. Just note that oversize and/or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted unless they can fit in the garage. Please see our house rules below for additional information.
• We all love a good time, but the overall vibe is quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for a party house this is not it. Parties are strictly prohibited and excessive noise is not permitted.
• The citrus trees in the common grounds tend to be in full bloom during the months of December-April with lemons, grapefruits, oranges, and more.
• The grass around the condos and the golf course dies off in September and re-seeding takes place every October. During this month, the golf course is closed. (NOTE: All communities within the desert go through this in September/October of every year)
House rules:
For guests reserving longer stays (>28 days), a signed lease agreement will be required.
There is a strict 4 person occupancy maximum both inside and outside the unit, including the pool and other shared spaces related to the condo, at all times. Any guests that violate this policy, without prior conversation with us, will be subject to immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
No pets are permitted. If pets are found on property without prior approval, we have the right to terminate your stay, without a refund. If we find pet stains on the bedroom carpets or rugs guests are required to pay the cost of carpet cleaning, typically in excess of $300.00.
Guests are responsible for any citations that they may incur during their stay.
HOA may issue fines for violation of the following rules:
- Pools hrs are strictly enforced between the hrs of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (no loud music throughout the day)
- Community quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- No parties or loud music/disturbances
- No speeding within the gated community
- No overnight street parking - all cars must be in the garage/driveway
- Trash cans must be back in the garage by Monday evening
- Garage doors must be closed when not in use
- No clutter (junk/towels/floats) on the front or back porch

HOA Parking Rules:
Oversized vehicles that do not fit into the garage such as: commercial vehicles, motor homes, campers, sprinter vans, large trucks and trailers are not allowed in the common areas except for trucks and similar vehicles when used for everyday type transportation and when approved by the HOA Board of Directors.
Vehicles with logos/advertising are considered commercial vehicles. Inoperable vehicles and motorcycles without approved exhaust systems are not allowed in the common areas. All vehicles must be properly licensed in accordance with California law.
Moving vans and recreational vehicles (excluding watercraft and guests' RVs) are allowed on the property for purposes of loading and unloading ONLY between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. A pass for this purpose must be visibly displayed. No moving vans, recreational vehicles or other similar items utilized for the purpose of hauling or moving on Sundays or holidays.
Motorcycles, mopeds, motor bikes, motorized scooters and skateboards are permitted on the streets only for entry and exit purposes. They are not to be parked on the common area, including driveways, patios and courtyards. They are to be parked in the garage at all times. All operators of licensed vehicles must comply in accordance with California law.
