We are near Emory University at Oxford, Face-book, Takeda and Shire Pharmaceuticals, Newton Piedmont Hospital and Covington airport and about 34 miles from Atlanta.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out instructions:
1) Strip beds including pillow cases that were used. Place linen in laundry room on top of washer and dryer.
2) Wash all dishes and leave in dish drainer.
3) Place trash bags in the large trash can outside found next to carport. If large trash can is full leave trash bags inside the kitchen next to kitchen door.
4) Trash pick up is around 4:30 am Wednesday morning. Please place large trash can at the curb away from the mailbox on Tuesday night. Google will sound a reminder alarm around 7pm on Tuesday for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
