This privately owned 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom apartment unit is located in a resort on Paradise Island. Close to Cabbage Beach, the Atlantis Hotel and Marina Village, you’ll love my place. Is good for couples, adventurers and solo adventurers. The apartment holds up to 4 people. Big bedroom upstairs,full bathroom and small balcony. Downstairs, small kitchen, dinning area, living room,sofa bed,1/2 bathroom and front patio. Pool located infront of the unit, private walkway to beach(40 sec. Walk)

Potential for noise - There is Karaoke every Friday at the bar which is on site. Spring-breakers or partiers may be renting other units on site
Some spaces are shared - Pool / Bar area. All beaches in the Bahamas are public. The private 40 second walkway in the back to the beach leads to cabbage beach
Amenity limitations - AC temperature may NOT be turned bellow 70 Fahrenheit. Otherwise permanent damage will be done/AC breakdown and or power outage to the whole apartment.
