Free parking for guests at the apartment. Free "fast" (50 down 5 up) wifi throughout and around the rental. Laundry facility in building for use. It was cozy, and convenient to Garrett College. The apt had a complete kitchen, comfortable beds and good sized bathroom. If I’m ever in the area again, I would be happy to rent from this owner again. The owner was also very responsive whenever I contacted him with questions.
