L’appartement était fonctionnel dans son ensemble, mais il est vrai que question équipement ce n’était pas vraiment le top notamment dans la cuisine, il manquait énormément d’ustensiles comme des ciseaux,des couvercles.. D’autant plus que la vaisselle est rangée en vrac dans un placard à même le sol. L’appartement manquait de propreté à notre goût, il y avait énormément de poussière et la vaisselle n’était pas propre. Il serai bon de peaufiner le logement afin qu’il ait l’air en meilleur état.

Du positif et des points négatifs

Location bien située, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Deauville. Belle vue sur la mer et la Marina. Petit souci de chasse d eau qui fuit et de bouton chasse d eau qui se coince. Porte coulissante qui ne coulisse pas. Superficielle très juste même pour 3 personnes. Une prise électrique en mauvais état (ressort du mur) et pouvant être dangereuse.

un grill pain entre autre et quelques elements de vaisselle supplementaires (grand saladier,blender etc...)seraient les bienvenus location agreable dans une residence calme,proche du centre ville
