Situated in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona Oak Creek G13 places you close to many shops, restaurants, galleries, as well as numerous Sedona attractions. You will love spending your next Sedona getaway here!

This second floor, single level condo is in the Sedona Casa Oak Creek condominium community, and features 1,270 square feet with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

After entering via the front door, you will find yourself in the main living space, holding the living room, dining room and kitchen.

Living Room: This room offers comfortable modern-style furnishings including a sofa, accent chairs, 52” Smart TV, and a warm electric fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the views and enjoy the numerous windows bringing the natural light and surrounding views.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless appliances, including a LG refrigerator and brand new Induction Range. There's also convenient bar seating for two.

Dining area: The dining area has a table with seating for six.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master bedroom — King bed, 32” Roku TV, the private bathroom has double sinks, and a large shower. You'll also find a stacked washer and dryer in the closet.

Bedroom 2 –Queen bed, 32” Roku TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds, 32” Roku TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a shower.

The private balcony offers seating.

Community Amenities:
Community amenities include a hot tub, pool, seasonal tennis courts and community BBQs.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.

Conference getaway

In town for a conference at Hilton Bell Rock that was just next door. So nice to have room to spread out at a fraction of Hilton's cost. Great condo. Large. Clean. Comfortable. Several good restaurants and a grocery store all in walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

An immaculate condo in a great location

This condo was absolutely immaculate, and in a great location near Sedona (about 15-20 minutes drive to Sedona) and close to the best red rock hikes. Check in and other instructions were totally clear and they even left us a Red Rock parking pass for all the hikes which saved us some money and time, a very thoughtful gesture. The pool and tennis courts were also great, my kids loved it here. I would definitely stay here again. The

This condo was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. This has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. This has Quality appliances, cookware, cutlery, etc. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciate those things immensely. We highly recommend this place and will stay again on our next visit to Sedona.

This company has thought of every need for a traveler. The space was in impeccable condition and the communication was outstanding. We had an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived and it was fixed within an hour of notifying them of the issue. We were so happy with our stay. Thank you!!!

The pool and hot tub were great. Good location. Unit needed some more kitchen supplies and there is an awful furnace rattle that was in the main bedroom. Maintenance said they don't know what the noise is and it was not peaceful.

Great Stay in Sedona!

The property was clean and the condo was well organized! The hand written note and souvenirs from the property management was very thoughtful and made us feel welcome. We loved relaxing by the pool after our daily adventures. We enjoyed glass blowing at the Melting Pot, the Broken Arrow Pink Jeep Tour, tubing down the Verde River and a great creek to swim, slide and jump right down the road. Restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store is within walking distance. Thank you!

Well kept apartment in a good, walkable location

Apartment was clean and well kept. Furnishings were updated/contemporary. Pool was listed in the amenities but was closed for remodeling. When that was realized (after booking) the property management company worked with us which was nice.

Excellent Sedona area 3BR

Our condo in Oak Creek was fantastic. Newly renovated with 3 BR and 2 Full Baths, this was a great spot for our family of 5. Super close to pool and tennis/pickleball and grocery/coffee/restaurants. Comfortable beds and all we needed to enjoy our stay. It's a ~20 min ride into uptown Sedona but just ~5 mins from Bell Rock & Courthouse. We would absolutely stay here again. P.S. Bring your own shampoo - the shampoo that is supplied it the worst ever! Only bad thing I have to say!

The condo unit was outstanding. We would have given a higher review but we were disappointed to learn that there is only one swimming pool and that it was closed for repairs. If I had known that the pool was not going to be available we would have booked an entirely other property or hotel instead. Poor/false advertising is very disappointing.
