CLOSE TO NIGHTS OF LIGHTS DOWNTOWN-This newly built 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home steps from the beach was designed with luxury coastal lifestyle as its beacon and the layout emphasizes the beachie vacation vibe this area offers. Secondary Living room upstairs opens up to a large deck with expansive views of the marsh, ocean, river and downtown. This is our personal home we are renting while we travel this summer, quiet street, no parties, no events and respectful noise levels is requested, especially after 9pm.

Very excited about the house & location to the beach. The home was nicely decorated & it was equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable & the pool was great!

Perfect for our family gathering. The beach was easy to access after a short walk. House was great for spending time together as a group. Pool was nice to relax in after a busy day. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone really enjoyed our time there.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was perfect for family time, with plenty of space for everyone to relax together, yet also enough room to unwind on your own. The location is fantastic — just a short drive to St. Augustine — and the home itself is beautifully decorated. Luxurious, comfortable, and incredibly inviting.We traveled with four teenagers, and they genuinely didn’t want to leave, which says a lot. The host was outstanding: responsive, thoughtful, and a great communicator throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.
