Beautiful Ocean & Sound Views! Luxury Vacation with In Ground Private Pool!

This gorgeous second-row house has wonderful ocean and sound views. Just sit on the deck and relax with the sound of waves or swim in the private pool. This house has 8 luxury bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The bottom floor has two bedrooms and a TV sitting room with three sleeper sofas. There is also a small kitchen on that level with access to the private swimming pool. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a den with a pool table and fun neon palm tree light. The top floor has the master suite king-sized bed with a private jetted bath-tub plus one more bedroom & half bath. The main kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the top level with a fun dinner time bell you can ring. There is a new elevator from the ground floor all the way to the top to help with bringing in luggage or even groceries. Parking is easy with our garage capable of covering up to 4 cars with even more space in the large driveway.

What a wonderful place to make family memories! With balconies on each side of this Crystal Coast vacation home & king-sized beds in 4 of our bedrooms, all of your guests will have a beautiful and relaxing stay! After an incredible day at the beach, be sure to pursue the fun and adventure of Emerald Isle with Water Parks, our 18 hole championship golf course, Museums, Surfing, Fishing, and fantastic dining nearby that this area is known worldwide for. Just Wow!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach home! It was incredibly spacious and the porches were amazing! To be able to see the beach & sound view from the home was a nice touch and we had a great stay.

Perfect house for a large group

We had a group of friends attending a wedding and this house worked out great. There is one bedroom that is a converted closet and really small but other than that it was great.

Awesome Week

The house was perfect for 15 of us. Everyone has a comfortable bedrooms. The Elevator was a real plus. The pool was fantastic and got a lot of use. Short easy walk to the beach. Pool table added to the entertainment. Great location!!!

Stay was great, but house could use a little attention. Dishwasher doesn’t work very good, & having no spickets up front to rinse feet, chairs, etc, caused more work.. Overall, house was great for our large family attending a wedding!!

Family Vacation

Fantastic place to stay, everything you need for a beach house vacation was there! Property manager was very responsive! The kids absolutely loved the pool. Easy access to the beach which was also somewhat private. Lots of room on the beach to spread out during the pandemic time. My grandson asked me to get this house again for next year! He said this was the best beach house ever! The pool was serviced 3 times during the week and the young man was very considerate of the kids having access to the pool. Best family beach vacation yet!

The Bigger Chill

We thought the house was closer to the beach but that’s our misunderstanding. The house is quite roomy but 5 adults sharing one hallway bathroom was not ideal. We had a good reunion all things considered. Btw, the locks on some of the doors (kitchen for one) did not lock.

Need an Upgrade

This is my second time at this property, and nothing has really change. This would be a great property if they would upgrade the lighting, add window dressings. The master bathroom is very outdated and somewhat dangerous is you try to climb up into the tub. Again this year the stove went out and had to be replaced. The internet went out and the modem had to be replaced. The kitchen is small and could be renovated. All of the bed mattress need to be replaced, especially the master bedroom, both sides are lumpy, the middle is the best, so 2 adults trying to fight for the middle. We as a whole enjoyed the visit we didn't let those things get in our way. The kids enjoyed the beach, although we had to walk to get access to the beach. The beach chairs were helpful.

We had such a great stay, even though it rained the whole time! The home was beautiful and the outside balconies were amazing — the view was stunning no matter the weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made it easy for all of us to spend time together and relax indoors. It was the perfect spot for a cozy, peaceful getaway. We’d love to come back and enjoy it again when the sun is out!

Birthday surprise and Mother’s Day celebration at the beach 2025

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first. We stayed in April of 2022 to celebrate my retirement from the USMC and this time, May 2025, we surprised my husband for his birthday plus celebrated Mother’s Day. We had a range of 2-65 years old that stayed. There is plenty of space to be all together and also to have your own space when you want to. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants and crystal coast attractions.The house has a unique charm that is warm and inviting and is clean and had all the cooking implements we required for a beach week. The owner is friendly and always responded promptly with any questions we had. There were terrible thunderstorms and rainstorms our last two nights and the age of the home showed in a small leak on the second floor, HOWEVER….. that never made a negative impact nor affected our fabulous stay. The owner responded immediately. Our family LOVES this place and we look forward to more adventures and memories together in this same location in the future!!! Blessings to Joyce and her PDL Team!

Wedding weekend

Overall our experience was pleasant and the house was beautifully decorated. The elevator was extremely helpful with luggage and was a must have for my elderly Aunt and Mother with mobility issues. The bedrooms were mostly accurate as shown in the photos, although I question if all the beds listed as queens are accurate. The king size beds some seemed to be smaller variations but all of the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a nice size except the full size bed on the 3rdfloor had only enough space for the bed and dresser. The same can be said for the two twins and queen bed in the basement. The views from each room and balcony were as they described and you could nicely see the beach and sound through other homes. The beach access was only a short distance from the house. The most inaccurate description within their listing was the garage and parking and there should be a disclaimer on the property details stating there is only two garage spaces and only one garage door opens and is functional. Although there was plenty enough room for multile cars for parking. We also spent a little time in the pool and enjoyed the added feature. It would have been nice to know where the pool lights were located though. The game room and pool table was a great space for the groom and groomsmen gettng ready before the wedding. You do need take your own paper products and for the price you pay your trash bags and toilet paper should be included. Linens are limited but were sufficient

A good time

Good proximity to the beach. Scattered Bibles that will please the religious without alienating apostates such as myself. Bold choices of decoration. Just a beautiful pool table with mother-of-pearl insets and excellent felt. The neon sign In the rec room seemed like a silly/trendy play for the Instagram crowd. All told, a solid spot!

Rain can not stop a good beach day

The weather was mostly rainy, but there was so much in the house to keep us occupied. We are a group of 12 that have been vacationing together for 11 years. The house provided everything needed.

Wonderful home with private pool and ocean and sound views!!

Our family and friends enjoyed the most wonderful week at this beach house. With the elevator it is absolutely perfect for all ages!! The pool was the perfect place to swim and hang out. The house was spacious enough to gather all together for games and also big enough to spread out on your own as well.

Family Vacation

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Joyce and her maintenance team were outstanding when it came to needing assistance (elevator broke and they had someone out immediately to fix it). Location to the beach was great with easy access. The house comfortably accommodated our entire family.
